Peace Council

Kayanerakowa or “Council of the great peace” is 117 rules to allow the people to live in perpetual harmony with each other and the natural world. We were given this formula to pass to the people of the world and end all war. That is why we call our men Rotiskenrakete or “one who carries the burden of peace”

We can agree that all the species are interconnected as one earth family. When we grasp this truth and open our minds to it, then we will know the power available to us all, through the natural law of the universe. Non-verbal communication between each other, the animals, birds and plants is just the beginning. Travel through time and space with thought, is the potential. The awakening of the people’s mind is happening now on a planetary level, as the time for peace on earth is approaching fast.

The ruling elite do not and have never wanted peace. They control the military/industrial complex through the financial system, war equals profit and power for them. The word Government means “to control the mind” and the Kayanerakowa teaches us that every mind is unique and important to the whole. Every child has the right of free thought and the responsibility to use their own mind instead of allowing others to control their thoughts. Through the education system they mould our children’s minds to follow them on this disastrous path of self destruction, in the name of economy.

This artificial world we are living in now is by design, to cut us off from the natural world where we draw our strength. The ruling elite came here and first attacked the forests, cutting them completely down at least 3 times now. Then came the genocide of the buffalo, 65 million of them murdered in a few short years. Then the poisoning of the waters and air through chemical pollution. On the Georgia guidestones they have carved their ultimate goal of depopulation of 80% of the people. We should know how serious they are as our population shrank from 130 million to around 30 million in the first 300 years. We think they have accelerated their agenda for the rest of the people of the world and they will use their guns, germs and steel more swiftly on you. The ones who promote war and genocide, all trace their blood to thirteen families.

Through their hierarchal control system they can control every aspect of democracy with money. Is this democratic? We think not. We have been guarding the formula for peace for 1000’s of years now, our responsibility is to spread the peace to the world. Our ancient symbol is the tree of peace, it has the great white roots of peace that go in all directions. All are welcome to follow the roots to their source and embrace the peace with us

Winter Solstice

Today marks one of the most important days of the year, the winter solstice. The word solstice comes from Latin sol(Sun) and sistere (stand still), the phenomenon creates the shortest day in the northern hemisphere. The sun will stay at its lowest point in the sky for 3 days until the 25th of December when it will move 1 degree north. Signaling the birth of the sun on its rise to bring spring and warmth. We can see how this date applies to the birth of Jesus (the son), the latest in a long line of solar messiahs (Christ) with the same dates relating to the son‘s allegorical birth.

The bright star in the East signaling the birth, is Sirius. The three wise men that follow the star to find the son are “the three kings” also known as Orion’s belt. They will line up and point to where the sun will rise (be born) on the 25th of December. When we are all celebrating Christmas (Christ mass) let us understand the allegory behind the story.

Before TV, radio and print were in fashion our ancestors watched the night sky. How often do we look up at the stars now? We probably are too busy watching our favourite TV show to even consider looking at the magnificence of the universe. The key to understanding our connectedness is to look at the night sky. To understand that each star is a sun with planets orbiting it, makes us feel very small.

The earth is our mother, the sun our eldest brother, the moon our grandmother and the stars our cousins. The creator is the father of all and connects us to the universal family. When we use this knowledge properly it becomes very easy to eliminate the concept of war. How can we keep buying into the concept of killing our brothers and sisters. The time for peace is approaching fast. The alternative is war and its nature is neverending. Who are the people promoting murder and ecocide so vehemently? One needs only to follow the money trail to find motive.

The money changing families (new world order) have financed both sides of every war in the past few centuries. War is full of profit for the moneymen. We think when the men in the military and police understand how they are being used to enslave themselves, they will wake up their comrades and the warmongers will be out of business for good. Then we could enter into a true time of peace on earth.

Is that not what Jesus stood for?

Project for Peace

In this beautiful land we call Canada we see people as diverse as the landscape living together , exchanging ideas and learning from one another. We have representatives of many different nations here living in peace for the good of the entire world, so our actions are known to all. We are in a unique position to promote real peace and that is why the “Project for Peace” was formed in Nanaimo. Our mandate is to spread the message of peace to the world and we invite everyone to join us. It is time, so let us stand as siblings and plant the tree of peace, so it can spread over the entire world.

We are a diverse group bound by music and a solid objective. “Project for Peace” founders are Bob Kopiyka, Paul Manley, Monique Raap, Michelle Cornwall and Thahoketoteh. Our first recording will be available soon for download and I ask you all to stay tuned for it’s official release. It is a good song about the power of the people and is called “we are still here”. That we formed on Vancouver Island is a testament to the social conscience of the islanders in the west. I think the awakening of the social mind is well underway on Vancouver Island and they will help everyone else to arise from the slumber. Windmills and the OMB process

The following video was shot at my appearance before the Ontario Municipal Board this past July. I went there to try and work within the system set up by the corpogov of Ontario. Under the decision/order no. 2230 dated August 9, Mr. Jackson states that "Thahoketoteh has come to the wrong forum to advance a land claim. The Board has authority under the Ontario Municipal Board Act to decide questions of law when they are related to planning matters."

As you will see in the video I never mentioned land claims at all but I did mention the Haldimand contract and Canadian Hydro Developers(CHD) breach of it. The Ontario government and Canadian government have shown us they never had any intention of ever following any law that concerns indigenous people.

I asked the prime minister to show me in the constitution where is the provision for UNTS 1021 and I quote, "The Contracting Parties undertake to enact, in accordance with their respective Constitutions, the necessary legislation to give effect to the provisions of the present Convention and, in particular, to provide effective penalties for persons guilty of genocide or any of the other acts enumerated in Article 3." I never even got a reply on that email.

Instead I was informed that to fight this order, that is contrary to international and constitutional law, I could only seek refuge in the Canadian legal system and that would cost roughly $80,000.00 In the meantime CHD rushed to put up another 69 windmills ignoring their responsibility to us the true landowners. Backed by Ontario and Canada's inaction.

Awake

Mr. Harper is a supporter and promoter of the SPP, the second step in the one world government that has been sought by the ruling elite for millennia. When looked at closely, this deal is for the security and prosperity of a few families at the expense of everyone else. That the whole thing has been shrouded in secrecy and closed door meetings is on the public record. The mainstream media has been silent on this issue until true patriots bring it to the spotlight and then they do the “conspiracy theory” spin on it, as the media is owned by these same families.

These families have been ruling the U.S. and Canada through the economy, from the start. Their first step toward realizing this goal, was the genocide of the “Indian” nations. They were not able to murder all of us so the next goal was assimilation. The “reservation” system was set up and forcefully put into place to give these families a favorable PR face, so the rest of the immigrants and the international community would not hold them accountable for mass murder and ecocide. But we are still here and still trying to teach the way of peace and brotherhood. Many of the immigrants are waking up to this truth of American history and to our ancestral teachings.

The U.S. is now the “fourth Reich” with the same families who created the third one running it. That bonesman Bush’s grandfather made his fortune working with the Nazi bank in America, is on the public record. Lincoln, McKinley and Kennedy were all assassinated in their office of the presidency, for suggesting they would eliminate the control of these money changing families. If you keep going back in history you will see the same families when Jesus entered the temple of Solomon and described it as den of thieves. The estimated wealth of the Rothschild family is 600 billion dollars. So in this new world we live in it matters not what race, religion or creed you belong, only if you are rich or poor. There are only a very few that are rich, the rest of us are poor and expendable.

Collectively we can defeat this evil, it is the only way our grandchildren will be able to continue our DNA memory into the future. These families have been inbreeding for so long it is no wonder they have corrupted DNA and are truly the worst type of madmen in earth history.

The true power lies in the human mind as we are all unique aspects of creation and have the ability to communicate directly with it. Open your mind, it is you that you are waiting for.

Freedom

In my time spent here in the headwaters (Kanekota) I have met some wonderful people who understand the importance of this area from an ecological perspective. I have also met some not so wonderful people, who place the dollar above everything else. The waters start here and flow north, south, east and west. The deforestation that took place around the late 19th and early 20th centuries was the precursor to the corporate exploitation that threatens our future generations now.

The corporations are owned by a few people with little moral conscience. They do not care where they extract resources from, whether Canada, Asia, Africa, Middle East, etc. as they will not be dealing with the mess they create for our grandchildren to deal with. In the late 19th century in Kanekota there was a movement to create water power from the natural flow that mother earth provides. The method was to build a mill in an area, clear cut all the trees and then move to another area and repeat the same process. The predominant theme was “progress” , job creation and a little bit of electricity to turn on a few light bulbs. When the technology became obsolete the mess was left in the rivers for our grandchildren to deal with.

Many of you have read my writings on the poison Pine river in Hornings Mills. This is a century old problem that none of the corporations want to acknowledge or correct. Including the biggest corporation of them all, Canada. Now we can see history repeating itself with these windmill generating corporations lining up to exploit the wind, all in the name of “job creation and electricity”. In my dealings with the “corporatocracy” regarding these corporations, it has become apparent that they will wreck the environment until wind power becomes obsolete and then leave their mess for our grandchildren to deal with.

There is a plan to extract limestone from the earth on a massive scale, it is in the Melancthon planning department now awaiting approval. The money to fund this enterprise comes from the international bankers, disguised as local business people wanting to “create jobs” to power the economy. A little bit of history repeating?

When will the people wake up to the fact that they are participating in a pretend democracy. They are ruled by a new breed of royals who control all decision making with money. The people believe they are free and do the bidding of heir masters under the guise of freedom and democracy. This is the ultimate form of slavery, where the slaves do not realize what they really are.

The people of Bolivia woke up to this reality when Bechtel owned all water rights in their country. The money-changing families wanted every person to pay them for every drink of water. The Bolivians showed the corporatocracy what “power of the people” can accomplish. They should be an example to all the people whom really do want freedom and democracy.

The Kayanerakowa shows us that no person can tell another person what to think. Everyone has the right to freedom of thought. With this as a basis, through the diversity of each individual perspective, comes great strength . The same is true in the natural world with the millions of species each doing their part for the good of the whole. In theory this would be the way for our earth family. In practice we have a small group of money-men trying to tell all the people and the other species what to do.

Democracy Now

Since the arrival of the Europeans on our shores they have been asking “where is your leader”. They had no concept of “power of the people” as they had been conditioned for millennia to follow the leader. When the founding fathers of the U.S. needed a model for their experiment in democracy they chose the Kayanerakowa as their preference. Our constitution is based on equal rights for all living things. It is truly of the people and for the people, all the people of the world, it is about the peace being spread to the world. For the benefit of the entire earth family. They superimposed a hierarchal “president” over the egalitarian principle of our constitution and now we can see the results of that mistake.

That the U.S. was born of war and has been involved in them continually, is on the public record. We see now in the current era, they have no intention of ever achieving peace. When you have a hierarchal structure and you add economy, the people with the money can control the hierarchy. This we know as the Owista disease. A disease of the mind where the priority shifts from we to I. Now most people on the planet suffer from this ailment. It is the root of the war problem.

The question that everyone should be asking is, how do we get back to the “we” and heal our earth family? The most obvious start would be to stop killing our brothers and sisters in the name of economy. To offer acknowledgement and respect to the natural world. To live in harmony with each other and all our relations in this earth family.

Let us make this new age we are moving into, the age of peace on earth. It is the only way we can assure our grandchildren’s safety and security. Unless all of the children of the world are factored into the solution, we will still have the possibility of insecurity for our grandchildren. Instead of saying “maybe” let us start saying “we will“. Then we Will have peace on earth.

The Corporatocracy

If you want to see how the corporatocracy (new world order) really works I suggest you read “Confessions of an economic hitman” , by John Perkins. Although John has no personal knowledge of North American indigenous activities by the Corporatocracy, he shows their M.O. and it paints a more clear picture of what has been going on behind the scenes here.

The N.W.O.’s procedure is to send in the EHMs first to a country, to try and make the rulers play the game according to their business plan. If that does not succeed they send in the jackals, whose job is to commit assassinations that create an opening for another leader who is more favorable to the corporatocracy. If that does not work they send in the military to complete the job.

Let us think back to 1990 before the Oka crisis hit. There was much work being done by the EHMs to persuade the Mohawks to accept the casinos through financing by the bankers (masquerading as private corporations). When that did not work, in came the Jackals and assassinated two Mohawk men at Akwesasne. The man the S.Q. put in charge of the murder investigation was none other than Corporal Lemay. When he found that that the murder weapon was purchased at a gun store in Quebec with an SQ cheque and was going to expose the conspiracy, the botched SQ raid at Oka was implemented. Incidentally Corporal Lemay was the only casualty of that raid after being placed up front and taking “friendly” fire. When that raid failed in came the army and you all know the rest.

I found this scenario eerily similar to the tactics discussed in Mr. Perkins work. If we fast forward to the present I find the situation at Caledonia to have the same EHM earmarks. All of a sudden a new group shows up called the Haudenosaunee Development Authority trying to persuade the people to play the game according to the business plan of the corporatocracy. We can assume that the lawyer representing H.D.A. is in a similar role as an EHM. We wonder what the Jackals are planning now? If they fail we wonder if they will send in the army?

We need more men like Perkins to expose the true nature of the N.W.O. and pass on the knowledge to the rest of us. When we all wake up to this truth of the real motif behind these international trade agreements, we can collectively put a stop to it. True leadership is by the people, of the people, for the people. The goal of the Corporatocracy is fascism at it’s finest.

Take back your power, that is your ability to think for yourself. Stop the SPP before it goes any further.

Thrown? speech

Throne Speech

Democracy in Canada is in need of a complete overhaul. The pomp and pageantry of the governor general acting like the queen, sitting on a throne and making a speech that was designed by Mr. Harper’s spin doctors, reminded me of a colonial era that is supposed to be gone. That it was made in the senate chamber only adds to the hypocrisy of Canada’s claim to be a great democratic country.

Out of the 105 senators in the chamber only one is elected. The rest are appointed by the sitting PM. Since only the liberals and conservatives have ever formed the government they each appoint a senator that will tow their party line. The senators hold half the lawmaking powers in Canada and they only answer to the billionaires who run the economy. No wonder John Macdonald was knighted by the monarchy of England for creating such a system. The British billionaires remain in control while the people think they live in a free and democratic country. This is the real reason Canada never had a war with England for their apparent independence.

The Canadian taxpayer pays the bill of the senate, yet they have no say who is put there. In John Perkins book “confessions of an economic hitman” he uses the term corpoatocracy, which is what Canada is. There was no mention of the SPP the government is building behind the backs of their constituents in an undemocratic fashion. No mention of honoring the royal obligations that make Canada a legal entity. No wonder there was no mention of the growing gap between rich and poor, since it was designed that way from the beginning.

There was much made of the need to spend more of the taxpayer’s money on increased police authoritarianism. We think the true government prefers a police state, over a government of the people, as it makes it easier for the rich to get richer by throwing dissenters in jail. The environmental issues that were mentioned shows Mr. Harper’s commitment to the American spin on climate. We will not be here in 2050 if we do not change the way we are violating the laws of nature now.

It is time for Canada to become a true model of democracy that the rest of the world can use as an example. We think that a model based on “peace on earth” for our entire earth family is the only way we can assure our grandchildren’s security. War is not an option for creating peace, as we have saw in the last century. War begets more war and the “corporatocracy” becomes unbelievably wealthy on the blood shed of the common man, hence why the war on terrorism was instigated by “bonesman” Bush. It is a war that will never stop until all of the resources of the world are controlled by a few men.

In this era of instant global communication the chance for peace on earth is within our grasp.

The Return of the Peace

The cycle of the skyworld is upon us now. We can see it in the current climate change scenario and feel it in our genetic memory. The poles are already starting to shift as the ice melts and those parts of earth are waking up after their long sleep. The permafrost is melting, releasing methane into our atmosphere which is a much more powerful greenhouse gas than CO2. The plants and trees are starting to grow on the Arctic tundra, suggesting that this will become the next forested area on the planet. We should be wondering where the new ice will form when the skyworld completes its rotation of our planet.

When you consider the state of the fertile valley (middle east) now, with its deserts that used to be the garden of Eden, we can ascertain that man’s neglect of the natural law causes deserts to form where once there was abundant life.

It was on the last cycle of the skyworld, that our confederacy was formed some 3600 years ago. We had learned to live in peace with each other and the natural world around us. The Peacemaker returned to the skyworld after teaching us the formula for peace on earth.

This will be the 5th time the skyworld has passed by since our beginnings here on planet earth. If you study the Caucasian (Sumerian) history they only tell of 3 suns, namely Genesis, Noahs flood and Exodus, making this the fourth in their teachings. They forget their beginnings here in North America, hence why we have always considered them our youngest brother. The geologic record confirms the oldest rock in the world to be the Canadian shield and the oldest mountain range the Appalacians.

The current ruling elite trace their ancestry to the Sumerian royalty or Annunaki. They are definitely planning for the return and trying to secure their place as the masters of this world. The secretive societies that have dominated recent world history are planning for the return of the Annunaki now. They believe they will be the next chosen ones to breed with them and continue as the rulers of our world. They do not consider that in the skyworld, our ancestors have been dealing with them all along.

We know that Dekanawida will be returning here to turtle island, as he promised. The Annunaki will probably return to their place in Iraq, we don’t think they will be pleased with it’s current state of affairs. We can see another reason why the U.S.A has illegally invaded Iraq and now wants to invade Iran. The U.S.A could be viewed as the M.S.A. since their beginnings were formed by their Masonic forefathers that also trace their roots to the Annunaki.

When your younger brother comes home after a long time away, thinking himself much smarter and better than his older siblings, he will be taught by his mother to have respect and acknowledge his proper place in the family.

It is time for the younger brothers to review their current path of destruction of the natural world, as our mother will give us all a spanking soon.

Planet Earth

On this planet all living things have the same mother, she is the earth. That makes us all, the people, animals, plants, birds and fish brothers and sisters. One earth family as it has always been. Everything that we do affects our whole family on our fragile planet. If our commitment is for our progeny, then we must look at our entire family, as our grandchildren will not be safe unless the whole family is.

History has shown that when one empire has fallen, another takes it place. These historical empires have all been designed as top down hierarchies, placing a few human families at the top and everyone(thing) else as inferior to their goal of world domination. In our current state of affairs, the new empire has shown that this view is detrimental to life on earth. As we approach our 5th sun it is imperative that we understand that hierarchy does not work. Not even for the people at the top. When the dust settles and the waters recede after the next era begins, it will be the time for peace on earth, as we have finally figured out that we are one earth family.

To live in balance and harmony with all nature and each other, is the only way for our family to continue into the future. It all starts in each individual’s mind. You cannot effect change in anyone, except yourself. When each person realizes how interconnected we are with all other things on earth, then we can begin healing our earth family. Remember the basic truth that no-one can tell you what to THINK. They can only tell you what they think and then you decide what you think. This is every child’s inherent right, to use their own mind and decide for themselves.

We will realize our true power as human beings when we grasp the first statement in this letter. The human mind has the potential to elevate us into our next phase of evolution where travel through time/space will be available to all through proper use of thought. The mind is a beautiful thing.

When you say “I might” or “maybe” you never will. Instead say I will. We WILL eliminate evil, war and greed for the survival of our earth family.

Renewal

The story of creation told in the Cuneiform tablets of ancient Sumer, is closer to the truth of who we are and where we come from. They tell how earth was formed from the remnants of Tiamet (the water planet) after one of Nibiru’s satellites smashed it into the asteroid belt and the earth . That Tiamet ‘s main moon continued with the piece that would become the earth, becoming our grandmother moon. They also tell of the Annunaki (from heaven to earth they came) and of Nibiru’s highly elliptical orbit of our sun every 3600 years. The Sumerian culture is generally regarded as the most ancient by the scientific community but we have always called them our younger brother. They are from around 8000 years ago. Our view from creation starts when earth was covered with water and sky woman fell to it from the skyworld. She landed here on turtle island and later created the red man, black man, yellow man and lastly the white man our youngest brother.

Our confederacy was born the last time the skyworld was here and that is where Dekanawida went and he also told of his return the next time the skyworld passes by. That cycle is coming fast now and soon everyone on the planet will see the second sun returning on it’s cycle. They are on a different time/space continuum and are at a much higher vibration than we. Their approach is affecting the earth’s magnetic field and rotation. This is the root cause of climate change and we are getting a sample of things to come.

It is time for everyone to accept the principles of Dekanawida’s teachings as the cycle of renewal approaches. The serpents rule is coming to an end and we have a true chance at peace on earth. The higher vibration that accompanies the approach, can be attributed to the awakening that is occurring in the minds of the people. This time around we can eliminate evil, war and greed. We can live in harmony with the other species as the earth family. We can spread this philosophy to all people on earth so that the incessant war does never again come to our planet.

Timeline: Now

History Repeating

Some recent leaders of the past have left their knowledge for us to decipher about our present state of affairs. They are worth looking at now, so I quote Eisenhower, MacKenzie King, and Lincoln. All of these men have left their mark on the experiment of democracy. I place them chronologically;

Eisenhower farewell speech 1961
“This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience. The total influence-economic, political, even spiritual-is felt in every city, every state house, every office of the Federal government. We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must not fail to comprehend its grave implications. Our toil, resources and livelihood are all involved; so is the very structure of our society.
In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. “

These men can all be considered honorable and “for the people”. We see in the dates that history is definitely repeating itself, as we are dealing with the same historical problem of hierarchal control of the people through economy. Dekanawida was the founder of true democracy and he also left his words for us to decipher. He called the hierarchy “serpents” , of different colours, but all essentially have the same agenda. To usurp the power of the individual and place it in the hands of a few men.

It is only because you as an individual, give the power of your free mind to them, that they have any power at all. There have been so many wise men who have left us their knowledge throughout the ages. Our Peacemaker said we shall see the reign of the serpents end when the second sun returns to our skies. Of all the wise men he is the smartest, in my opinion.

Soon you shall all see the return of the skyworld and it will signal a time of renewal for our earth family. Let us stand as brothers and plant a tree of peace with roots that extend to the four corners of the world. We can eliminate evil, war and greed.

Freedom

Hierarchy has been pushed on us since our first day in kindergarten. We learned that the teacher is at the top in the class, the principal in the school and the Queen in the country. The teachers could, and often did abuse their authoritarian position. From my perspective in public school, the principal’s main job was giving the strap to forcefully assert the authoritarian view. We use to be forced to stand for “God save the Queen” every morning to push the monarchic position of authority. Looking back on this now, it is all designed to control the way you think. In school we also learned that children with rich parents somehow were better and more deserved, than those whose parents had less money.

My father was part of the “resistance” to the Indian Advancement Act of 1924 imposed by the architect of genocide, Duncan Campbell Scott. He and his siblings grew up in Toronto and were told to “stay out of the sun”, “tell no one you’re and Indian”, “try and fit in”. In the 1930s in Toronto, the demographic was mainly English and Scottish immigrants. Then came the Irish who were considered less of a people. My mother was a first generation Canadian of immigrant Irish parents. When I was growing up in Toronto the main game played by the children in my neighbourhood was Cowboys and Indians. Fueled by the movie industry to demonize the savages. My four brothers and I were always the Indians and we kicked ass every time, until none of our friends wanted to play that game anymore.

In our genetic memory was all of the lessons our ancestors held, which were totally opposite of this hierarchal conditioning of the mind, in this new Canadian society. The egalitarian principles of the teachings of the Mohawk perspective since time immemorial, taught us that no one can tell you what to think. Rather they can only tell you what they think and you have to use your mind to decide what you think. Each child has as much freedom of mind as each elder, this is the basis of free thought. Now I hear people who believe they are in some type of authoritarian position ask me “who told you could think that” or “who gave you the right to say that” As if anyone has the right to tell me what to think, here in my ancient homeland.

The Kayanerakowa or “the constitution of the five nations” is meant for all of the people of the world and is the greatest social contract for living in peace that has ever been created. The people at the top of the hierarchal structure of the world do not want these teachings I speak of to be spread , as that would lower their position, or eliminate it altogether. That is why they push War and force their viewpoint through economy and the markets. As long as the people think they are living in a free society, their structure of dominance will survive.

Open your mind. Nobody can tell you what to think. Become Free, it is your right as a human being.

Ping Pong

The provincial government keeps suggesting that it is the federal government that needs to resolve the land theft issues, but they keep handing out permits to developers. The federal government keeps hiding its head in the sand. The media keeps putting their corporate spin on it to try and influence public opinion in favour of their corporate masters.

The issue is between the British government (the crown) and the Rotinonhsonnion:we (six nations confederacy). The Canadian government represents the crown in all of this land called Canada, that is why you have a picture of the queen on the Canadian money. Mr. Harper has shown that he is not honoring the crown’s obligations by his silence and inaction on this issue. Mr. McGuinty is showing that he also does not honour the crown by allowing provincial agencies to issue illegal permits to builders and developers all over the tract. What does the queen of Canada think about the dishonour that these two entities are placing on her family at the expense of her most faithful ally in North America?

Our young men are frustrated to the breaking point. If developers keep buying into the illegality of the permits that Mr. McGuinty keeps issuing, they are also illegal, and do so at their own risk. It has been almost two years since the occupation at Kanonhstaton began. Still these two levels of the Canadian corporation (that is what it is) continue on their illegal, genocidal path. We think the people of Canada have had enough and do not want to be a part of the genocide of the first peoples of this land.

Encroachment is not legal according to the international rule of law. It seems the corporation of Canada is hoping this law will change when the “New World Order” that they are obviously a huge supporter of, finally rewrite international law into favour of the empire.

It is time for Mr. Harper and the rest of the federal government to stop the illegal issuance of permits on all of the Haldimand tract. This is the least they could do to honour our most faithful ally, their queen, and save her family’s reputation on the world stage.

We are certain that most of the other countries watching this scenario unfold, will step in soon to hold Canada accountable. We call on our ancient allies from around the world to put pressure on Canada to follow the international rule of law, preserve the peace so it can be spread to the rest of the world and honour their responsibility to peace on earth.

Honour matters

You all received a copy of the message I sent to Mr. Harper on the recent OMB Decision/Order no. 2230 regarding case # PL060653 and the one I sent to Mr. Mcguinty on July 26. As I never received a response from either of them I resend a letter regarding honour of the crown. With the upcoming provincial election and the shaky situation in the federal sphere, this letter is absolutely applicable now.

A Matter of Honour
The current situation with Canada and the Mohawk nation, in fact all of the original nations, has come full circle. Just like in a cycle. The question everyone needs to ask is, does Canada honour her obligations in the international sphere? These unresolved land claims all over this vast land are of utmost importance to Canada’s reputation on the world stage. We got a letter back from the Queen stating that Canada is a constitutional democracy (without a ratified constitution I might add), and to take up our issues with her representative the Governor General. As far as I am aware the Governor General has never answered that call. But for her and the rest of the elected and appointed representatives in this so-called democracy, their duty is to honour the Crown.

In the Haldimand Proclamation the Crown was to protect for us and our posterity forever, 6 miles from each side of the Grand River starting at Lake Erie and extending to the head. It is spelled out quite clear what they are supposed to be doing to honour the British Crown’s reputation.

Now I have been up here at the headwaters for 7 years paying rent to the tune of $10Gs a year and have been asking the government through its various arms, where is the land you are supposed to be protecting for me and my future generations? The people whom I have met and conversed with here, all assume that we have been conquered somehow. I ask “when did that happen” because we still are "her majesty's faithful allies" as it states in the Haldimand contract

As eyes and ears of the Mohawk Nation here at the headwaters (Kanekota), it is my duty to all Mohawks and their future generations to hold them to their word. As Hendrick said in 1710 when he arrived back from Britain “They rely on the written word, and that is how they will be judged”

There are 8 fires going now for the Mohawk nation in New York, Quebec and Ontario. These corporations seeking to exploit our jurisdiction need to start understanding that. It doesn’t help that the government of Ontario and Canada keep trying to steer them on the illegal path.

The process for these windmill groups is definitely not legal when they are not honouring the crowns obligations. Their lawyers seem to follow the age old strategy of trying to find a scapegoat, like Joseph Brant, and somehow trying to appear legal. When that doesn’t work they bring in the police and when that doesn’t work they bring in the army. Why not try honouring your legal responsibilities? That might work.

9/11 remembered

Six years ago today was my first day home from the hospital, after a near fatal car accident that left me comatose and changed forever. I remember waking up in the hospital room and my mother and sisters were all there and seemed upset. I thought I was at a family reunion and asked my sister what we were all doing there, she told me that I was in a bad accident and that is why I was strapped into a bed.

Later that day I was trying to remember the accident and could only remember a bright light surrounding me. It was very difficult to try and use my memory, but I kept trying until into my mind popped Dekanawida’s serpent prophecy. I thought what is going on here?

I finally was able to get out of the wheelchair and the doctor let me go home. My first day home was 9/11, 2001 and when I got there the first thing I saw on TV was the planes hitting the WTC in NY. I did not know if it was real and my mother, who spent a few weeks with me when I got home, said it appeared like it was real. We continued watching until I fell off the couch onto the floor and proclaimed “it is the Black Serpent” and my mother and brother attended me and put me in my bed.

I spent two years sleeping most of the time. My doctor told me “when you first came to see me, you told me that you needed to lay down for a year and have a nap and then you would be back to normal” He then told me that at least I never lost an arm, but my D.A.I. was permanent and I will never be back to the state of mind I was in before it. That was the best advice I ever got.

Needless to say since then I have been remembering the serpent prophecy each day. It continues to be unfolding as our peacemaker said. Now we see the earth changes, the incessant war proliferating and I am certain we will see the second sun soon. I am also certain that Dekanawida will return from the skyworld where he went many years ago.

It is my belief that our 2nd sun is on a different time/space continuum so that one orbit around our sun is only a year to them, but here on earth it is many millennium. Velikovsky correctly labeled the condition “collective amnesia” that most people suffer from now. In our D.N.A. is all the memories of our ancestors, that is how the memory works. Everyone must relearn how to use their memory properly and then we will become the beings we are capable of and were meant to be. I have diffuse axonal injury but you all have amnesia. That is why I often say “wake up” in my writings. Then you will remember, as I have, the last time the second sun was here.

The Dawning of...

The Age of Aquarius

Here in Ontario we have had multiple days of +30 degrees in April, May, June, July, August and now September. This has never happened to my knowledge and is attributable to the cycle our sun is on, it’s galactic orbit. As our sun approaches the galactic centre at the end of its 26,000 year orbit through the constellations, we will see other phenomena unfolding as well. It is wise to listen to the Mayan teachings now, as they were the greatest keepers of time in human history. They say that twice since man has been here, the sun has rose where it now sets. Their calendar has an end date of December 21 (winter solstice) 2012, which is when our sun will enter its next phase.

The magnetic field of the earth is into a changing mode now and is affecting the rotation of our planet. The Hebrews tell of Joshua’s long day in their ancient texts and it should be looked at seriously now as we enter this next cycle. All the religious orders have their stories based on the movement of the sun through the stars. Each of them deserve to be looked at, as all touch on the truth of who we are and where we come from.

The scientists and so-called experts are paid well to promote false ideologies so that the people will stay in a slumber and continue to have the amnesic barrier over their minds. The mass media on the planet is owned by a few hundred people and their main role is to promote the propaganda that suits their owners plans.

Our Peacemaker told us of this time we are in now when he left this world to return to the skyworld. The clock that he gave was; the fish will turn on their bellies in the water, the air will burn the eyes of man, all the elm trees will die. He said there will be a bright light many times brighter than the sun coming from the east, and it would signal his return. He spoke a lot about water and serpents swimming, but never again to be seen by the original people. He talked of the original people healing in the hills and said the rest of the people on earth would look to the original people for guidance and we would be viewed as the great nation that we were before the reign of the serpents.

In our teachings the most basic understanding is that no-one can tell you what to think. They can tell you what they think but each mind is important to the collective, this is the cornerstone of an egalitarian society. It is a great time to be alive we will see much more phenomena than our ancestors could have foretold.

Colonial Canada

Decolonize Now

The crux of colonialism is the rails that span the continent. Corporate greed and expansionism started with the rails. It is time that the railroads became accountable to the titleholders of the land they occupy all over the country. For every train that travels across indigenous territory they should be paying a toll to the nations that allowed that in the first place. I quote UN 1514;

The aspirations of the peoples of the Territories to achieve self-determination, and the international community's perception that United Nations Charter principles were being too slowly applied, led to the United Nations General Assembly's proclamation on 14 December 1960 of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples - resolution 1514 (XV).

The Declaration states that "the subjection of peoples to alien subjugation, domination and exploitation constitutes a denial of fundamental human rights, is contrary to the United Nations Charter, and is an impediment to the promotion of world peace and cooperation, and that steps should be taken to transfer, unconditionally, all powers to the Trust and Non-Self-Governing Territories so that they might enjoy complete freedom and independence".


Electronic ticketing is already in use on the 407 in Ontario and it is a proven method of monitoring every vehicle movement and holding the traveler accountable. When CN and CP move their trains through Miqmac, Algonquin, Haudenosaunee, Anishnabe, Cree, Blackfoot, Chilcotin , Salish and any of the other nations land they are exploiting, they should be paying a toll, similar to ETR practices already in place for individual motorists on the toll highway.

This would be the minimum that Canada should do to honour the treaty on decolonization that she signed. We can hear the whining in the boardrooms of the railroads at such a suggestion that they should be forced to honour any such law. They think they are the law and that this is still the wild west. Take the example of CN’s action on Shawn Brant and how they use the Canadian legal system to back their illegal actions.

Canada has to start honoring the international treaties they are a party to and force CN to drop their lawsuit against Shawn, install the electronic toll collection and start the process of decolonization now, better late than never.

Judgement Day

THE SECOND SUN

In our collective histories of this planet, many clues have been left for us to decipher, the pyramids of Egypt, the pyramids of the Americas, the stone circles of Britannia and the many oral stories left by all of the ancient peoples. Authors like Velikovsky , Sitchin and others have contributed their own interpretations only to be shunned by their peers. The evidence is overwhelming that we have a binary star system. The Sumerians called our sister sun Nibiru and had it on an orbit of our sun every 3600 years. The Mayans had the return of the 2nd sun coming in 2012. The Egyptians have been referred to as sun worshippers but it seems apparent they were actually 2nd sun worshippers.

The story of the Council of the Great Peace begins when, here on Turtle Island, we were at a time of incessant warfare, much as we are now. Dekanawidah (The Peacemaker) was sent here from the skyworld to proclaim the way of peace and righteousness. We enjoyed 1000’s of years of peace here following those teachings until the Europeans brought the incessant war back to us.

The English were puzzled that the native peoples had no standing armies when they arrived on our shores. We have always tried to teach the peace to all of the Europeans because the alternative is war and its very nature is never-ending. The cycle that we are on now is like a return to the time just before Dekanawidah came the 1st time. So it is wise to look well at his teachings now. He told us that the peace starts with the knowledge that all living things on this planet are related, like brothers and sisters. He taught us about the power of one mind based on that concept. He showed us how to live as good neighbours in peace, on the same land.

These lessons we must relearn now as the time is approaching fast for the return of the second sun, or judgment day as the Christians prefer. I am sure our creator will not be pleased how we have mistreated our mother and how we have made all of our brothers and sisters in peril of extinction.

Solutions...

Problem, Reaction, Solution, the old Colonial policy of divide and conquer, is being played on all of the people. First they create a problem that will get a reaction from the people and then they offer a solution for the problem they created. This is the strategy of the ruling elite since Roman times.

Now they are coming up with a solution to the problem they created in 1924, when they came in at gunpoint and overthrew our ancient council and installed their puppet government. Duncan Campbell Scott drew up the 100 year plan to be rid of the “Indian problem” , introduced blood quantum legislation (apartheid) and turned the little bit of land that the nations were occupying into “reservations” or more accurately detention centers for natives. Now they call their puppet government Assembly of First Nations, make no mistake these people are now Canadian because they chose to leave our canoe and travel in the British boat. Because of the problem they created with the Mohawks they have now come up with a solution they are calling the Iroquois caucus. Just another name for their puppet governmental structure. They will try and promote this as some good thing for whom? The solution that they should be talking about is simple, honour the words in the treaties that you created.

Take the terrorist legislation that was a solution for the American made problem. Their solution is to implement a police state and have the people accept it as worthwhile for their security. After millions of ordinary people died fighting in wars to stop this kind of thing from happening again, they want us to accept it as a solution for a problem that they created. We should call this new entity the fourth reich because that is how it looks from our perspective, here on the ground that it is being implemented in.

As a Mohawk man my duty is to spread the council of the great peace to the whole world, that is all our peacemaker asked us to do. It is based on the fact that every living thing is related as kin in the Earth family. When you open your mind to the power available to all of us through this fact then you will be ready for the Peace. The Kayanerakowa or Great Law as it has been called, is the formula for many different peoples to live in peace and harmony on the earth as good neighbours.

Our mother is the Earth, our grandmother the Moon, our eldest brother the Sun and the stars our Cousins. What a wonderful place this will be when everyone finally understands what we have been trying to teach.

SQ and the SPP

The very public incident at Montebello with the Quebec Police trying to incite riotous reaction from peaceful protests is an example of how the Police state works. They create a problem and get their corpo-gov employees, to offer a solution to the problem they created. The casualties in this tactic are the innocent people whom are turned into criminals in their court system. The call by real public officials to the corpo-gov, will go under the radar until the People demand their rights be restored.

Mr. Day sent me a letter two weeks after the incident at Tyendinaga claiming he was sorry for the delay in responding. I seen it more clear, it was because the hidden-hand in this incident finally got their strategy together. He answers to them as does any other members of the corporate parties.

Canadians should be thankful for the MP that does ask the right questions and demand the truth for the people, whom they work for. The conservatives seem to be answering to other authorities, judging by their lack of leadership in this coup of authority.

Again Mr. Julian is asserting his duty as deputy of the people who elected him and demanding a public inquiry immediately. Mr. Day has already shirked his duty by doing nothing. I attach the letter sent by Mr. Julian to Mr. Day.

The awakening of Canadians is happening quicker than the N.W.O. expected, hence the delay in Mr. Day’s proper response. When you superimpose a hierarchy over a democracy it becomes an autocracy.

Dear Minister,
As Members of Parliament we are writing you with great concern regarding the allegations of the use of agents provocateurs during the peaceful protests against the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America summit on August 20, 2007 at Montebello, Quebec.
Along with hundreds of other Canadian citizens who participated in the Monday protest, we were both alarmed at the enormous police presence. We are more shocked at the allegations that inside agents, appearing to be working with riot police, attempted to provoke a violent incident during the peaceful demonstration. Video and photograph evidence has led to many unanswered questions.
We are calling on you as Minister to order an immediate inquiry to uncover whether or not agent provocateurs were used at the peaceful protests in Montebello.
If agent provocateurs were present, the public deserves answers to valid questions, including:
• Who are the three individuals alleged to be agent provocateurs?
• Was the Government of Canada informed that such measures would be used as part of the security detail at the summit?
• Were the RCMP or other security forces at the summit, including from the US, privy to the use of such a security tactic?
• Who was responsible for providing direction to the agents? , Were the agents directed to use force and/or violent means to disrupt the peaceful protest?
• Finally, if agent provocateurs were used, what was the expected outcome in deliberately trying to destabilize a democratic protest in Canada?
We believe these are critical questions that cannot go ignored - questions that concern the relationship between state security forces and the potential infringement of democratic rights to peaceful assembly protest and to freedom of expression. As Dave Coles, President of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union said “in a free and democratic society, people have the right to peacefully protest something they don't like.”
We trust as the Minister for Public Security you will uphold your responsibility to show accountability and maintain public trust.

Not so secret Agents

Agent Provacateurs, again….

We should be grateful to my friend Paul Manley for having the courage and willpower to make the trip from Nanaimo and catch some police agents in action, so the rest of the world can see the covert police state that Canada is now. In Caledonia it started with CCA and continues to this day. We wonder when the politicians will do an inquiry into the incident where we caught the ATF, an American Gestapo-like agency, running the OPP at Caledonia?

Lucky we have real journalists like Paul and Alex Jones, ones who are their for the truth. Corporate media should be called the ministry of propaganda as far as I can see. They work along with corpo-gov to control the people, like shepherds controlling the sheep. The word government comes from the Greek govern (to control) mente (the mind)

It reminds me of colonial days when we could not leave the “reservation” without a pass from the Indian agent. These are the new agents, I like the title agent provacateur, it has a more international flavour. Like I mentioned in front of a heavy police line at Caledonia last year, “when they are done with us it’s the rest of you next”. Just a little taste of what’s to come if they see any dissent in the flock. Next they will use their illegally obtained terrorist legislation to turn anyone who protests into dissidents and terrorists, as they are doing to us now. The private prisons they are building now are to house anyone who opposes their agenda.

Their agenda is One World Government, they do this through controlling all of the central banks which control all of the economies of the world. Then they create trade blocks like EEU, NAFTA, APEC. All of these organizations are hierarchal in structure with a very few ruling elite at the top of the pyramid. You will find the same families have been in that illuminated position for millenia. Just follow the money.

The first thing Canada needs to do is print their own money instead of letting the money trading families control it. The Bank of Canada is a private corporation owned by these same people who are trying to take over Canada secretly. Their vision would be to turn it into the Fourth Reich.

New World Order

I just returned from a visit to the site in Tyendinaga where our brethren are keeping the peace. On our way there we stopped at the nuclear power plant in Pickering to get some shots of the hydro plant. When we started taking out the camera and tripod, a security guard came driving over and told us we were on OPG property and that the nuclear police would be coming over to harass us. “The nuclear police?” I asked. He said that since 911(the new Pearl Harbor) they have implemented private police forces (security guards with guns) at all of the OPG (Ontario Power Generation) facilities. This seemed to fit in with the SPP conference that my buddy was heading to and we were perplexed that we should be treated like terrorists for taking film of a public facility. We quickly took some shots and got out of there as the white SUVs were racing over to intercept us.

I stayed for three days at our camp in Tyendinaga and was most welcome by all our people there. Our existence there is supplied by donations of food, gas for the generators and volunteers of all ages. They are all doing a wonderful job and we should be proud that they are standing up to the extra-tyranny that SPP will bring to all of the people on turtle island. We put out a call for more food vouchers and gas vouchers instead of cash

The videos that have been sent out are evidence of the new Canada they are proposing. Dissenters will be treated like criminals and the police will be on every corner securing their rich corporate masters, so they can have a more prosperous partnership at the expense of the common man and the native natural resources.

We don’t think this is the Canada that most people want, the public should exercise their right to demonstrate on the street until they can stop it with their vote. Mr. Harper has shown his hand by being a party to all this. The people have to know what Mr. Dion, Mr. Duceppe and Mr. Layton think about all of this, it should be the number one issue that Canadians vote on in the next election.

We see that the people are finally waking up to the reality of what is really going on. We in the Mohawk nation have been protecting the integrity of this land since time immemorial. Finally some of the settlers are starting to listen and taking action. Instead of asking “what are they going to do?” ask yourself what are you going to do.

Rule of Law by the conservatives

Rule of Law

Another John Tory press release; subject: "rule of law" , shows how deep the conservative party is committed to the private corporation’s preference for a police state. If everyone did follow the rule of law there would be no need for land reclamations or railway blockades.We should start by talking about the 1924 imposition of illegal, genocidal policies by the architect of genocide himself, Duncan Campbell Scott. Maybe Mr. Tory would like to write new laws that would place him in the same arena as Mr. Scott. We wonder how Ontario would be in Mr. Tory’s view of the rule of law. Rule of Law is a British thing and is based on honouring the crown which Mr. Tory would like to forget. Encroachment is illegal in the international rule of law so why not talk about that Mr. Tory?

It seems like his scriptwriters come directly from the table in Montebello where the (not so) secret meetings are taking place to discuss the takeover of Canada by the N.W.O. people. At least Mr. Tory shows us early on, where his loyalties lie. Any one who votes for this guy is voting to have a police state rammed down their throat.

The only thing I can agree with, is his statement that we all follow the rule of law. Including the police, the government and his N.W.O. buddies. Mr. Tory is an employee of the Crown and his primary goal should be to honour the Crown. He has already shown from his past releases, he does not wish to honour the Crown in the case of the Haldimand Proclamation. In the rule of Law that he speaks of now, is that not treason?

His constituents should be asking what lodge he belongs to because that is where his true loyalties lie. We wonder if he has been to Bohemian Grove, CA yet.

Barrett and Tory continue their call – "ONE LAW FOR ALL!"
Brantford: "There is one law for everyone – no one is beneath the law, no one is above the law and no one is beyond the law."
That was the sentiment of Ontario Opposition Leader John Tory and Haldimand-Norfolk-Brant MPP Toby Barrett in Brantford today as they addressed the ongoing Caledonia occupation during a Brant PC luncheon.
"The rule of law is of particular interest along the Grand River – in light of the ongoing Caledonia issues, illegal land seizures, the illegal tobacco trade, people question whether we are all governed by the same set of laws," stated Barrett. "Upholding the rule of law means working to ensure that all people – in all areas – feel secure that they are protected. To me it is unacceptable for lawlessness to be an accepted fact in any community."
"Today in Ontario, we do not have one law for all and this must change," said Tory. "Nobody gets to opt-out. Nobody gets to live beyond the law’s reach and protection. All of this is possible only if the rules of the game are consistent, stable, equitable and fair."
Tory further reiterated that his "one law for all" policy is focused on three principles.
· No one is beneath the law · We will do more to protect vulnerable people in our society and guarantee that they have equitable access to justice.
· No one is above the law · Whether involved in a political protest, a labour dispute or any other issue, there must remain only one rule of law for all. Nobody gets to ‘opt out’ or act as if the rules do not apply to them.
· No one is beyond the law · We will empower our police services, and give them the manpower and tools they need to fight organized crime and gang culture.
Barrett echoed Mr.Tory’s assertion that Dalton McGuinty’s lack of commitment to one law for all has led to 534 days of tension in nearby Caledonia and set a dangerous precedent for all communities in Ontario by sending a message that potential protests will be allowed to endanger public safety and threaten economic development.

Tory blasts McGuinty's handling of Caledonia Brantford Expositor (ON) Thu August 16, 2007 - Local News - A3 Michael-Allan Marion The McGuinty government's handling of the Caledonia land claim dispute, gaps in law enforcement and the slush fund scandal were front and centre Wednesday during a visit to the city by Progressive Conservative Leader John Tory.
Pushing the main planks in the party's Leadership Matters platform, Tory took aim at the government in two speeches. The first was delivered during a news conference with Brant PC candidate Dan McCreary on King George Road, while the second came later at a luncheon for McCreary attended by more than 100 party faithful at the Best Western Brant Park Inn.
"We stand here on the 534th day of the crisis in Caledonia," Tory said of the unsolved native occupation of a former housing development.
"This crisis has torn apart an entire community, placed police officers in a completely untenable situation, and left people on both sides living in fear," he said.
"Throughout the year-and-a half dispute we have witnessed just what happens when there is a longterm breakdown in the rule of law. It is imperative that we learn from Dalton McGuinty's mistakes so that the tragedy at Caledonia is not repeated anywhere else."
Tory said he understands First Nations people have numerous longstanding and legitimate grievances the governments have taken far too long to address.
"But that means, first and foremost, that the way we negotiate with one another and act towards one another is rooted in one firm principle - that there is one law, and one one law for everyone," he added. Tory said he is prepared to consider taking violators in the Caledonia dispute to court to show that the government stands for one law for all. Locally, he said it's time to get tougher on criminals.
Statistics recently released by Statistics Canada show Brantford has an annual crime rate of 9,792 crimes per 100,000 people, which is higher than both the national and provincial averages.
"White collar criminals and organized crime continue to act like they are beyond the law's reach," he said. "Provincial offences charges continue to be thrown out in court because Mr. McGuinty hasn't allocated the resources and appointed the justices of the peace to process them properly."
"We will empower services and give them the manpower and tools they need to fight organized crime and gun culture." Tory promised to go after those who repeatedly violate their bail conditions, create a new white-collar offences court and take steps to stem the tide of investor ripoffs that prey on seniors.
He also said some people think the city's conservation laws don't apply to them because Ontario doesn't have enough conservation officers to enforce those laws.
Tory also promised to consider Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods legislation to give municipalities the power to go after landlords and force them to evict tenants that use their premises as crackhouses, grow ops and places of prostitution. McCreary won majority support for a resolution in council earlier this week that Brantford join a growing number of municipalities calling for the legislation.
Tory excoriated the Liberals on the slush fund affair in which money was poured out in grants to community groups with no accountability rules in place. He pointed out one case where a cricket association asked for $150,000 and ended up getting a cheque for $1 million. The organization put the extra money in an investment to earn interest. Tory asked listeners at the luncheon to consider what could be done with the extra $850,000 from that gaffe to fix problems in Brantford - such as its acute doctor shortage.
"You can look about and see what happens in four years when you don't have leadership," said McCreary. "Residents in Brantford have less access to health care now than four years ago. There is a greater doctor shortage, a walk-in clinic has closed, and the Brantford Collegiate Institute issue is unsettled. Dalton McGuinty was never up to the job."

Return to a Peaceful way

It is our ancient practice regarding anything we do with the land, that we take into consideration 7 generations in front. It is their land that we are borrowing. The colonial practice of raping and pillaging every natural resource until there is nothing left except a huge mess for our posterity to inherit, has put us in the difficult position we are in now.

The fish are now dying of pollution related cancer across the great lakes. The earth cannot sustain crops without adding chemical fertilizers, that contribute to the destruction of the fish in all the waterways. The air burns the eyes and damages the lungs. Soon we will have no clean water left. All because of the pursuit of wealth by a few. We wonder what the costs will be to return to a peaceful way with the natural world. The very few who control the vast amount of money, have attained their wealth through the destruction of the environment. We must be understanding as they knew not what they were doing but now they know full well.

Every one of us has to start controlling our own thoughts. This is the cornerstone to an egalitarian existence and the basis of true democracy. The Europeans who came here and tried to mimic our government and constitution, all came from an autocratic existence. They only supplanted their rich people with the autocratic rule of the monarchies they were running from.

The Earth is the mother of millions of species besides man but it is only us that are making her sick. Is this not a form of madness?

We are coming to the end of a long cycle and are about to embark on a new and better one that is based on acknowledgement and respect of ALL living things. This will also be the cure for war and disease.

Our medicine men coined the term “Owista” for the new disease that infected our people when they were confronted with economy. The Great Law teaches us that a healthy mind thinks in priority 1.Nation 2. Clan 3. Family 4. Self When economy was introduced into our system, the self became the number 1 priority, even above the nation. A Matter of Honour

The current situation with Canada and the Mohawk nation, in fact all of the original nations, has come full circle. Just like in a cycle. The question everyone needs to ask is, does Canada honour her obligations in the international sphere? These unresolved land claims all over this vast land are of utmost importance to Canada’s reputation on the world stage. We got a letter back from the Queen stating that Canada is a constitutional democracy (without a ratified constitution I might add), and to take up our issues with her representative the Governor General. As far as I am aware the Governor General has never answered that call. But for her and the rest of the elected and appointed representatives in this so-called democracy, their duty is to honour the Crown. The rule of law they currently mention is based upon this first.

In the Haldimand Proclamation the Crown was to protect for us and our posterity forever, 6 miles from each side of the Grand River starting at Lake Erie and extending to the head. It is spelled out quite clear what they are supposed to be doing to honour the British Crown’s reputation.

Now I have been up here at the headwaters for 7 years paying rent to the tune of $10Gs a year and have been asking the government through its various arms, where is the land you are supposed to be protecting for me and my future generations? The people whom I have met and conversed with here, all assume that we have been conquered somehow. I ask “when did that happen” because if you can tell me, I will bow to you now.

As eyes and ears of the Mohawk Nation here at the headwaters (Kanekota), it is my duty to all Mohawks and their future generations to hold them to their word. As Hendrick said in 1710 when he arrived back from Britain “They rely on the written word, and that is how they will be judged”

There are 8 fires going now for the Mohawk nation in New York, Quebec and Ontario. These corporations seeking to exploit our jurisdiction need to start understanding that. It doesn’t help that the government of Ontario and Canada keep trying to steer them on the illegal path.

The process for these windmill groups is definitely not legal when they are not honouring the crown's obligations. Their lawyers seem to follow the age old strategy of trying to find a scapegoat, like Joseph Brant, and somehow trying to appear legal. When that doesn’t work they bring in the police and when that doesn’t work they bring in the army. Why not try honouring your legal responsibilities? That might work.

In my time spent living in Kanekota and interacting with the people living here, I notice they have no concept of international law regarding encroachment of land. The consensus that exists among the majority of the residents about the encroachment just isn’t legal. Most of the people believe that the land was stolen legally and so we should just forget about it. You cant steal land legally, there was no war with us to take it and we never surrendered it. The only way they can truly hold legal title to their land is if they pay their land taxes to us.

Most of the politicians come from a legal background, so they are very aware of this fact of law. It has been a long year since this issue has been in everybody’s face, still no one from the government of Canada has ever mentioned this legal fact. If they were genuine about resolution, this is where they should be concentrating their direction. I am sure the people living on the Haldimand tract would like to have their land taxes directed to the proper sovereign so they can hold legal title to their property.

It is a common belief amongst the people here that they are existing on the oldest “reservation” in Canada. The Haldimand proclamation of 1784 is the first guarantee by the British government against encroachment of our land, so in a way they are right. We are all in this together now, the British subjects (Canadians) and the Iroquois, so let us move toward peaceful consensus on this issue. For the benefit of our posterity.

The strain on the environment is at a critical level now and it is time for us to do our duty as caretakers of the land. The biggest crime is being committed against mother earth. Still some out there wish to stick their heads in the sand on this issue. We just don’t have anymore time to waste arguing these points. The poisoning of the natural world is continuing and it is up to us all to get back to the natural laws governing this planet. Only then will we have harmony with each other and all the other species.

Instead of saying “we might” let us say “we will” and then we can do it.

Pine Poisoning

Yesterday I visited the Dufferin County museum to do some research on Hornings Mills and the poison in the Pine River there. I spent as much time as I could and found much information on the usurpation of our Haldimand tract land dating to 1830. The creation of the man-made ponds is well documented and therefore it should be no problem to have the culprits who left a huge mess in the river, to clean it up.

We have to wonder why the MOE and the Nottawasaga Conservation authority will not test the water to identify the phosphate looking pollution, that has been leaching into the river for over 60 years. The head biologist at Nottawasaga Conservation authority told me they didn’t have it in their budget but suggested I could pay for the tests. These are the people we are paying to look after our waterways and they don’t have it in their budget to test polluted water?

From the work that I did in cleaning up the mess, I saw this as a hideous poison that is affecting the entire ecosystem. When I first put out the story “Poison Pine River” I got my first response from Mr. Harper (after sending 100 emails) and it made me think he knows about this already. First the MOE, then the other regulatory agencies and then the PM’s office. Still no action on the part of the people we are paying to do this job. What gives?
I demonstrated what one man could do to clean-up the mess that we are leaving for our grandchildren to deal with. If every one in that town got in the river like I did, this problem would be gone in one summer.

The new focus of the major parties has been the ecology. This problem, although in everyone’s face, has been swept under the rug again. We see how un-concerned the government is about pollution in this example. It is time for the people to say “what can I do” instead of saying “what will they do” My posterity will know that I tried my best to clean the mess left in their land and water.

The people need to understand that we do not have a problem with them, only their immoral government. There is a whole section in the Great Law that describes the rights of all nations. They all have a place within the framework, as it is meant to bring peace to the world. I only assume that most people would embrace peace as it is the only way to bring harmony to this world. The American government was born of war and has continually engaged in them, their foreign policy "manifest destiny" promotes war and conquest. If all of the people did not buy into their plan for global domination then they would have no more power to war on the rest of the world.

Through the media they promote fear and justify their immoral actions. One of the best lessons I have learned is; the only fear you should have is fear itself. Fear is a disease and any fear you hold in your mind will definitely manifest itself, that is how the mind works. The solution is to lose your fear and engage in positive thinking because your mind will attract the positive energies that are abundant in the etherial cover. Then our reality would become much different as people regain their individual power and control their own thoughts.The new world that would come about with this shift of thought would be a beautiful one, our future children would be secure with the rest of the earth family.

Here in Canada we have the opportunity to engage in the building of peace as it starts in each persons mind. We have a diverse population with many of the people of the world living here who could pass the message of peace to their home countries. Canada once had a reputation of promoting and preserving peace, but its actions in Afghanistan have tarnished that reputation. We are human and we make mistakes but we can address and correct those things that have put us to the brink of total war. In America now, the neo-conservatives are prepping the rest of us for nuclear war which would destroy the entire earth family.

We have the power to open our minds to the prospect of true peace, just by putting those thoughts out there. War begets more war as we have seen in our lifetime. The key is to bury our weapons for all time under the tree of peace and truly unite as one earth family. What a good world we could leave our posterity then.

Solutions

The Conservative line on the Atlantic Accord, "lets take it to court", should also apply to their breach of the Haldimand contract as well. We wonder why they never had the same public message for our dispute. It is probably because it would have to go into a mutually agreeable court to be tried, and they would definitely lose that battle.

The solution is quite simple, we start getting our lease monies (land tax) that the Ontario government has continued to collect , everyone follows our environmental rules and the clean-up of the most important fresh water source (Great Lakes region) can begin. This is the approach that we should be taking and that would lead us to stability with all the peoples involved, including the unborn yet to come.

If there was a truly green initiative by any of the parties out there, I havent seen it yet. The most important thing is to start cleaning up the mess we have left for our grandchildren to deal with. In the water, on land and in the air. How can any plan be acceptable that does not include the clean-up of past corporate catastrophes.

There is no way anyone can buy our rights with money, it is all about the land and the environment. As soon as this dream fades out of the minds of the Federal negotiators, we can get on the road to healing.

In my upcoming OMB hearing regarding Canadian Windmill Developers and their Kanekota (Melancthon) windmill project, these are the things that they should be thinking about, if they want to honour their end of the Haldimand contract. I see they have illegally started construction of access roads for the new windmills before dealing with their contractual obligations as set out in 1784.

I end with the words of a wise Mohawk Chief after a visit to London in 1710 "They rely on the written word, it is how they will be judged"

Police Reform

The recent inquiries into the RCMP by the Commons Committee is bringing to the surface problems all of us will face in an authoritarian police state. The indigenous people of Canada have been the first victims of this mistake as the record will clearly show. The tip of the iceberg is now being touched and the whole judiciary will have to be examined and rebuilt based on true principles of democracy.

I think the parliamentarians and the judiciary must read “Returning to the Teachings” and “Dancing with a Ghost” by Rupert Ross. He has studied the aboriginal form of justice while working for the Ontario Crown Attorney’s office in Northwestern Ontario. His work on this topic is paramount to finding solutions that will be everlasting for the different peoples now inhabiting Turtle Island.

The other police forces, such as the SQ in Quebec and the OPP in Ontario are rampant with corruption to their core. We wonder when they will be scrutinized. I give one example of the OPP that I have personal knowledge of. Many people will remember the efforts by them to stop the influx of cheaper American booze coming through Mohawk territory in the 90’s. I spoke with an eyewitness to one of their busts as he was the only person to escape detection. He was able to view and hear the officers splitting the booty between themselves. He heard them laughing and only entering half of the cases of booze into evidence while splitting the rest amongst themselves. When the police become the criminals that they are apparently apprehending, we have a huge problem.

The recent release of Paris Hilton in the States after 3 days in jail shows how the American (and Canadian) forms of justice depend on how much money you have. We also can assume that Conrad Black (Bilderberger) will not be put in jail, as he is above the law that the rest of us are subject to. My own experience with my drivers license is worth mentioning, I was told by a lawyer that if I paid 10Gs all this trouble would go away. I didn’t have the money at the time and so still have no license to drive a car in my own homeland.

The Masonic (white serpent) influence within the police is total according to an officer I know personally. The oaths of secrecy they make to their brethren through this association negates any oaths they make to uphold the law.

We have a lot of work ahead of us to collectively clean this mess that the hierarchy has created.

N.W.O. agenda

New World Order
We applaud some of the NDP people who are asking the right questions regarding the conservative government’s N.W.O. involvement. The thing that hurts a secret agenda the most, is that it is no longer secret. Mr. Julian is just touching the tip of the iceberg on this issue. We should all be thankful for that.

To get the story we must go back in history to find the true agenda of this New World Order crowd. We know them as the Black Serpent and they are derived from the secret societies, reorganized by the Illuminati. Their true agenda is world domination. They do this through the creation of trade blocks like NAFTA and EEU.

This is the beginning of one world government, controlled by a very few at the top of their hierarchy. If you start to look at the real power behind the apparent democracies of Canada and the U.S. you will see the Illuminati fingerprints. They control the Banks, markets, media, both the Conservatives and Liberals, the Republicans and Democrats.

Not only are the Iroquois the oldest democracy, we are the only true democracy. In the Mohawk language we have no word for “I” only “We” as it should be in an egalitarian state. Each mind is important so that is why I always say Wake up. If we all take control of our own minds then we can take back our power as the people.

These guys having the not-so secret talks in Alberta should be looked at as the Fourth Reich. In that scenario Canada is like Austria in the 1930s. Canadians should be thankful that they have some parliamentarians asking the right questions and the Iroquois standing by, preserving democracy. Remember your history or it will repeat itself.

Give Peace a Chance
When the Peacemaker came to show us the way to Peace on Earth he had three things to tell us. The first, and basis for peace, was The Good Message; The knowledge that all living things have a spiritual being and are related as kin. The world we are living in now is testament to this truth, take the climate change crisis, it has shown us that all the air currents and water currents affect everything on the planet.

The second thing was The Power; The way that each mind is able to connect to this collective spirit energy and develop harmony with all living things. With the growth of alternative health practices many people are starting to understand this basic truth. It is the solution to the pollution problem that has killed 30% of the species on the planet and will kill all of us if we don’t wake up.

The third was The Peace; we call this the Kayanerakowa and it is the social order for people to live in peace with one another and all living things. The different governmental systems in the relative modern era: Democracy, Communism, both can trace their roots to the Kayanerakowa. The reason communism failed and why so-called “democracy” will ultimately fail is a term our medicine men described as “Owista” or a dis-attachment to the power of the collective.

When you try and superimpose a hierarchay on top of a true democracy it no longer is a democracy. The way the U.S. has subverted their constitutional democracy is through the economy and their corporations. Now whomever has the most money can buy the biggest war machine and force their way on anyone else. All in the name of money.

Canada is following, as they always have, on the American model of “whomever has the most money wins” to the detriment of all living things. We hear many people talk about finding a new way to co-exist with nature in the interest of our future generations.

I propose that there is an old way that works and it is based on these three principles. The beauty of the different viewpoints in the collective mind is the basis of the power. Through the principles our foreign policy called Gushwenta (Two Row) was how we were able to have 1000’s of years of peace. As soon as you try and place a hierarchy over this you lose the essence of the entire concept.

Every single mind/spirit is important to the whole. We all have felt these unseen spirit forces from the natural world, time to embrace them and collectively move forward for the goal of Peace on Earth.
