In Canada we have a colonial system masked as a democracy. The conservatives work for Rockefeller, the Liberals for Rothschild and the NDP stand for the people. I attended the Ontario NDP provincial council last weekend in Toronto and I see that they are the only choice for the people in this system. All of their funding comes from the grassroots organization style and ultimately from the people. All of the Senators in Canada are appointed and they are responsible only to the bankers, not the people. The Senators are all Liberals or Conservatives.
I talked with many of the candidates and was able to present the Haldimand Proclamation, the map and the Women’s titleholder document about Lot 1 concession 11 Nottawasaga township in Simcoe County. They gave their support for the peaceful reclamation of this property and will do what they can to hold the “corporation” to it’s own words like “Truth and Reconciliation”.
As I was walking down Yonge, I witnessed a demonstration about the H1N1 vaccine program that the liberals and conservatives are behind. I realized the awakening here is accelerating, as the economy implodes and the bankers run with the money, covered by their cronies in Ottawa. The people are starting to see what is really going on and Canadians are taking to the streets to express themselves as they should in a “free” society.
Harper is making speeches about the “New World Order” in Europe ( www.youtube.com/thahoketoteh ) when Canada is not in a legal position to enter into any international agreements as they do not hold soverign rights to the land. All of the courts in this system are “Maritime Admiralty Law” or law of the sea. They can only deal with banks and corporations and they have turned all of the citizens into corporate entities through their “birth certificates” without their knowledge. The corporate court system has turned all of the people into slaves, as anyone who has been there can attest.
There is another system called law of the land. Kayanerakowa or council of the great peace, is Law of the Land here in Ontario. Law of the land is not a mind control system as are all “western democracies”, rather it is the law that you must listen to all sides on any issue before making up your mind. The power comes from the collective mind when unity is achieved.
Canada could be the spark for world peace if they adopt our constitution and become the seventh nation to join us, the world’s first united nations, we have a history. Together we could start the true path to peace and form a one world government based on “council of the great peace” or Kayanerakowa, the Law of this land.

New World Order of Death

The new world order is a corporation with their shareholders having “limited liability” for the crimes of the corporation. So expect pharmaceutical companies to be immune from prosecution in “Maritime Admiralty Court” for poisoning the Canadian people through their new vaccination programs. Mainstream media has been promoting the coming pandemic fervently, trying to coerce the people into lining up and willfully submitting their bodies to these poisons. Meanwhile there is no mention in mainstream media about the heavy chemtrails we have been receiving over Ontario for the last few months. Another reason for chemtrails is the spread of asbestos like particulates that lodge in the lungs and cause flu-like symptoms. The common thing that all people on turtle island have is “Indians”. They are everywhere and are guardians of “Law of the Land” , if all of the citizens (employess) of the corporate states (America, Canada, Mexico), were to start following law of the land instead of law of the sea, this new world order of death would be stopped in it’s tracks and the true criminals would receive their due. Here on Turtle Island, law of the land is kayanerakowa or “council of the great peace” . It’s goal is perpetual peace and sustainability for the entire community of people, plants and animals. We have been the guardians of this formula since it’s inception 1000’s of years ago and we are still here. It is available to all who have a good mind and are willing to follow the directions of the law. I suggest all of you search within yourself for peace as that is where it starts, in the self. The collective mind will be affected with each new awakening. As I see it, all religion is designed to keep this truth from you, it is you that you wait for.

Once we stand as brothers, we will revive the tree of peace collectively as one mind. The time for war is coming to an end and as the 5th sun approaches it will signal a return to the peace. Law of the land is designed for all people, so follow the white roots to their source and take shelter beneath the tree of peace with us, as brothers. We are all one.

Water and the Jailhouse Blues
An InDepth Report

According to the Kaienerakowa, the Great Law of Peace, Ongwehonwe people like the Mohawks of Tyendinaga make decisions by consensus. This democratic process requires a lot of communication between individuals and careful thinking by everyone in the community.

Colonial puppet and Chief R. Don Maracle of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte/Tyendinaga Territory, posted a notice on the MBQ web site on July 16 about a referendum. Maracle claimed it showed the community support for the new police services buildings he wants to bring to Tyendinaga. Of course, he didn't mention the fact that most people at Tyendinaga don't participate in this colonial farce.

Rumour has it that the police buildings aka porta prison could arrive early in October. In November 2008, a delivery of the modular building was turned back by members of the community. At that time, Don said that the prison was for "outsiders".

Does he mean the people who will be transported by helicopter to and from the nearby expanding Trenton airforce base? Trenton already has at least 45,000 classified individuals flying in and out every year including the dead soldiers coming back from Afghanistan.

The Canadian military is feverishly working on its expensive plans to build up the Canadian military in every aspect. Trenton is a candidate for a NATO base. Canadian special operations JTF2 are moving in at Trenton after their presence outside Ottawa became too controversial with neighbours.

The Mohawks at Tyendinaga are especially seen as an obstacle, a stubborn one at that. Court cases over the Niebourg housing development and the Culbertson tract are intentionally dragged out by colonial agencies as an ongoing drain on community resources.

Shawn Brant is one of several people who have been locked up for months at a time on spurious charges like "mischief". He is the one made out to be the leader when, in fact, he is but one of any number of spokespersons at Tyendinaga.

Back in July, 2008, the publication ban imposed at Shawn's preliminary hearing in August, 2007 was lifted. Details of the OPP wiretap were revealed. Fantino had been recorded saying to Shawn Brant, "your whole world's going to come crashing down" and threatening to "do everything I can within your community and everywhere to destroy your reputation".

Now Shawn is in a very difficult situation. Colonial agents like OPP Randy Cota of Ardoch "Algonquins" harassed and hounded Brant while he was isolated in jail away from family and friends. Cota wanted to make Brant look like the leader. On March 18, 2008 Cota forwarded a message from his OPP colleague, Nathan Leland to Shawn Brant. Leland had sent a memo to his operatives to watch a video on Shawn Brant entitled, "Why has he not been arrested for terrorism?" It came from caledoniawakeupcall, a racist antiIroquois web site run by Gary McHale and Mark Vandermaas.

Going to Toronto to speak at events where Robert Lovelace, a close associate of Cota and the Matchewan gang from Barriere Lake were also appearing has cast great suspicion on Brant's intentions and reputation, just what Fantino wanted. However, this is not conclusive. He could be playing along with the game and doing it under great duress.

The Canadian authorities could be using warfare tactics just like their US buddies as part of their goal of "Interoperability". We Mohawks have been labeled terrorists on more than one occasion and subject to many of their dirty tricks.

CIA torture tactics may have been used on Brant. Not necessarily the kind that leave marks on his body but psychological tactics like threats to his family.

A recent wsws (World Socialist Web Site) article reveals,
"Since the end of 2001,the US has imprisoned tens of thousands of people at such infamous prisons as Abu Ghraib, Bagram and Guantánamo, in addition to an unknown number of secret CIA jails in Iraq, Afghanistan, Eastern Europe and elsewhere...

"Among the documented forms of torture carried out by US agents are murder, rape and other forms of sexual abuse and humiliation; threats to murder and rape family members of prisoners; beatings, water boarding, exposure to extreme temperatures, highpain “stress” positions, forced nudity, deprivation of food, extreme isolation and mock executions."

We don't know what kind of deals Shawn was compelled to make. It doesn't look good. He could be quite literally over a barrel. For example, if he were to agree to reign in the "radical" sovereigntists in exchange for waterworks at Tyendinaga, this could have the effect of neutralizing the "moderates". It looks like the "split em up" strategy.

A water deal would also provide the necessary infrastructure for the new porta prison and other new buildings in the community. The housing development now on hold would also need water. It is more cost effective to make such big projects for a larger community than a smaller one.

Many comparable situations already exist in growing communities in Ontario from Ottawa to Durham to Windsor and Sarnia. Water is available but water treatment for both incoming and outgoing water is needed.

What will happen at Tyendinaga? Will construction begin and then be put on hold when funds mysteriously dry up? This carrot and stick approach is already familiar in Indigenous communities.

Looking at the bigger picture, from our Indigenous perspective at the Eagle Watch, we see it as involving three related things in our area:
1) nuclear development;
2) military expansion
and 3) water diversion.

The nuclear development is ongoing. It's quite a contentious issue right now in Ontario where sensible people simply don't want it. Meanwhile several reactors are making electricity and a legacy of dangerous, weaponable nuclear waste. There's a big pile of radioactive toxins sitting in Port Hope making a big stink as they are about to be moved north of the city. This project promises to be a debacle. Nuclear waste from reactors continues to pile up at Bruce, Darlington and Pickering.

Canada is trying to sell its lame CANDU reactors all over the world. Nuclear salesman and member of Harper’s Cabinet, Stockwell Day was in Asia last week, flogging them to Kazakhstan, Ukraine and India. He signed a nuclear cooperation agreement in Kazakhstan and hopes to sign one with India very soon.

With the war on Afghanistan set to escalate, the Obama administration is shielding the CIA from accusations of torture in Afghanistan and Iraq. In spite of Canada's declaration that Canadian troops will withdraw in 2011, just two years away, this is not likely to happen in this context of escalation. The Canadian military is expanding in every way possible in order to be a part of the global army. Who knows where they will find an excuse to start up a war next? It could be NATO or UN or have a completely new name perpetual war requires lots of equipment, machines and expendable people. It's about a handful of the planetary population making piles of money no matter the cost to everyone and everything else.

Living in the Great LakesSt. Lawrence watershed, it is hard to imagine water shortages and vague plans for water diversion. The Mohawks at Tyendinaga live near Lake Ontario yet they don't have decent water to drink or bathe their babies because of contaminated wells and no waterworks for the community. Polluted water creates phoney "water shortages" because it is unusable.

In his 1985 book, "The Power of the North", Robert Bourassa, former premier of Quebec, devotes 25 of 175 pages to water diversion. He provides maps and charts. He makes it clear that "to develop {Quebec] resources would require conquering and taming the North...water is one of Quebec's greatest resources."

He extols California's Central Valley Project which is now having a lot of problems. California is in its 4th year of drought which is especially affecting agriculture sustained by irrigation. There's a big legal fight going on about it.

Bourassa states , "Water is a good, like any other, and can be bought and sold...This commodity is destined to become one of the most precious in the world over the decades ahead..." Quebec just passed some legislation to pretend to protect the water when their real intent is to capitalize on it.

Though Bourassa himself died in 1996, the author of the foreword to his book is still alive and active. James Schlesinger is a former US secretary of defense as well as one of the ex CIA directors named in the letter opposing further Obama investigations into CIA torture activities.

"...seven former CIA directors sent a letter to President Obama demanding that he quash the [us attorney general] Holder inquiry. Signing the letter were directors under both Democratic and Republican administrations: Michael Hayden, Porter Goss, George Tenet, John Deutch, R. James Woolsey, William Webster and James R. With power hungry guys like this always pulling strings somewhere, their well paid operatives are busy intimidating, harassing, manipulating as many people as possible in a global campaign of psychological warfare. Of course, it wouldn't work without the increasing violence of war or threat of that goes with military escalation. They'll try to take whatever they want when they are ready. Water is no exception.

And so the Eagle screamed for the people to wake up!

James Schlesinger who Nixon had made chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission from 1971 to 1973 was appointed director of the CIA by Nixon early 1973 during the WAtergate scandal after Nixon sacked CIA director Richard Helms for digging too deep into the Kennedy assassination. Schlesinger made big changes at the cia, cutting staff and doing damage control for the CIA which was in all kinds of scandal at that time. Nixon replaced him in May with William Colby who continued cleaning up the cia image which led to the Frank Church Senate Committee.

Schlesinger was then made Secretary of Defence from 1973 to 1975 when Ford fired him for being too hawkish. He was the first US secretary of energy under carter from 1977 to 1979. He drafted an energy policy for the US.

In the 60's he worked at Rand Corporation as director of strategic studies and was consultant to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. He started out in the 50's as a professor at the University of Virginia.

More recently, he was chairman of the Secretary's Task Force on DoD Nuclear Weapons Management, member of the Panel to Assess the Reliability, Safety, and Security of the U.S. Nuclear Stockpile (1999 to 2003); cochair of the Defense Science Board Task Force on the Future of the Global Positioning System and on an independent team reviewing the Global Positioning System for the U.S. Air Force. [that's the eye in the sky watching your every move] He was also Senior Adviser at Lehman Brothers. Weren't they one of the first big banks to go under? What kind of advice did they get from him?

Schlesinger is chairman of the board of The MITRE Corporation.

According to the mitre web site, Schlesinger, one busy sob, is consultant to the Departments of Defense and State, member of the Defense Policy Board and the International Security Advisory Board, director for Evergreen Energy and Sandia National Corporation; counselor and trustee of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a trustee of the Atlantic Council, the Nixon Center, the National Cryptologic Museum Foundation, the Center for Global Energy Studies, and the Henry M. Jackson Foundation.

A Harvard man he holds several honourary doctorates, has received numerous medals and has even written a book and many articles. In a Wall Street Journal article dated 17th April, 2003, Schlesinger wrote about the great success of the very short war on Iraq. How is it such outrageous comments are now swept under the carpet and forgotten?

In January of this year, he was a guest speaker talking about nuclear war at a CSIS event. CSIS is the Center for Strategic and International Studies based in Washington. They have a special project on water, "The Global Water Futures, Part of the Global Strategy Institute"

It is the 20th century version of the “Patriot Act,” and all of the other illegal legislation drawn up because of the false flag terror attack on the WTC. The FEMA camps and forced inoculations are the 21st century equivalent of the reservations and residential schools. Coming to a street near you?

The black uniformed, military looking police are probably UN controlled and are so dumbed down they do not see it, yet. December 21, 2012 is the day our second sun will come above the ecliptic plane and will be viewable by everyone on earth. The Mayan called this the 5th sun, meaning it is the 5th time our binary twin has been here since we have been here. The paradigm shift is already happening, the pole shift will follow. The serpents reign is coming to an end. With their end, will come the end of the war problem. The era of Peace on Earth is arriving soon. It is a great time to be alive.

Up in the Sky...

Chemtrails and H.A.A.R.P.

When we look up in the sky we can see they are blanketing the skies with Chemtrails. These trails can be viewed while they turn into artificial clouds and blanket most of the sky. One of the uses for chemtrails is to prepare the sky as a suitable screen for holographic imaging.

People are starting to realize the negative effect that microwave cell phone signals are having on their brains but what about the very low frequency (VLF) and extra low frequency (ELF) waves that are being sent out at between 1 and 8 herz? This is the same frequency that the human mind communicates.

When driving from Shelburne to Vaughan I counted 50 new microwave towers with VLF and ELF transmitting capabilities, from Shelburne to Acton 18, from Shelburne to Durham 18. I do not think these towers are only for better cell phone transmission, they could have a much sinister use.. Remember when the media stated that the U.S. would be trying out it’s latest secret weapon on the Iraqui troops in the Gulf War? That was their first operational test for broadcasting directly into the brain between 1 and 8 herz. The veteran Iraqui soldiers came out of their bunkers and laid down their weapons and kissed the feet of their American invaders. It looks like they are actually going to try this stuff on us, here in Ontario. When we see the holographic images in the sky, or hear the voices talking directly to our brain, just know that the guys who run Hollywood also run HAARP and this is their latest movie, that is all.

It is great to witness the people awaken to the hidden agenda of the power elite. Here in Kanekota they have begun to dig in for the coming pole shift in hopes that they will survive and emerge as our rulers again. The real people here are stating to understand who their new neighbors are. They are all 33rd degree freemasons or “devil worshippers” , do your own homework on this satanic sect.

Corporation of Canada

Canada is the first “fascist” state in history, they were incorporated in Washington D.C. and are registered under the corporate number 0000230098 CANADA.

The directors of the corporation are the senators and they oversee the officers (PM, Minister of finance, etc.) whose job it is to make sure the shareholders have ever-growing dividends. The citizens are considered employees and are expendable. Through legalese they have accomplished their fraud against the people who now live here. Every court in Canada is listed as a corporation for profit under Maritime Admiralty Law, the only courts that banks and corporations can deal in. One only needs to look at any court docket and notice that all of the names will be in all capital letters, this signifies an artificial entity or corporation, as that is all they can deal with in Law of the Sea. When they send you a summons to appear in their place of business, it is actually an invitation as they can only have jurisdiction if you attend their courts of your own free will. To be a legal country you have to have undisputed ownership to your land. Canada used the treaties that it signed with the legal landowners, to have the appearance of legality in the international community. They have never honored one of those legal agreements, hence they are not a legal country. They are a corporation. Corporations are owned by the shareholders and Canadians should be demanding the list of the shareholders that are directly responsible for all of the atrocities, including the residential school holocaust.

The corporation signed the convention on the crime and punishment of genocide in 1948. They have a legal, moral responsibility to honour that most important legislation and end the worst crime in history. It is the responsibility of the Canadian people to demand that those responsible be tried for their crimes. If the citizens of Canada do nothing, they are guilty of letting the genocide continue. There is no statute of limitation on this crime.

Most people in Canada are still living under the illusion that they are citizens of a legal country. Through legalese they are actually employees of a corporation. The Crown is a corporation that lists the Queen of England as one of the shareholders. It appears that Dufferin county is the new capital of the shareholders. The OMB is nothing more than a rubber stamp for these “elite”, as I found out at the hearing in Hornings Mills regarding the windmill application of “Canadian Hydro Developers”. The real objective is to build an underground living facility and survive the coming pole shift, emerge from their underground bases with guns and take over for the next 3600 cycle. The ongoing problems at Akwesasne, Tyendinaga, Kanawake, Kanesatake and Six Nations started in 1924 when the RCMP showed up in the Longhouse and put a gun to the head of our people and installed their puppet “assembly of first nations” as a way to legalize their act of war, in the eyes of the international community. Changes

Does the moon and sun seem to be doing a dance in the sky? They both are
definitely not where they should be. The Big Dipper seems to be flipping, so it
points down to Polaris instead of up. The phenomenon is very visible at sunrise
and sunset as it appears there are two suns at these times. These things suggest
we are living in extraordinary times on planet earth. Here on the ground, the
situation is similar with the bankers and the economy. We are going through a
cleansing cycle where it will be out with the old and in with the new. The

accumulated, through their looting over the centuries. One needs to only look up
at the sky to see the changes coming.



Here in Kanekota the elite are making their move to secure the high ground
in Southern Ontario. They have set up a company called “the highland group” and
already control all 3 levels of the corporate government of Canada, thereby

The first question I asked was if the moderator followed the constitution of
Canada and International law. If they really do follow the law these windmills
would have never been constructed without consulting us, as section 35 of the
Canadian constitution states. I had a call from an intelligence officer of the
OPP when I lived in Hornings Mills, he asked for a meeting and I invited him to
attend my house. When he arrived I showed him a copy of the Haldimand
Proclamation and a copy of the survey I had done with MNR, showing clearly he
was on Mohawk land. Then I asked why he was breaking the law by trying to
pretend he had any rights over me or the land, he scratched his head and said he
did not know why. I said to him when the police and military wake up and
understand how they are being used for the enslavement of their own unborn

Women’s Responsibility

The problem with the “democracies” of this world lie in the consensus process. When 51% of the people control the other 49% you have built in “divide and conquer“. In the original model of democratic consensus, there are two houses, the council of men and the council of women. The women control the domestic affairs and are responsible for the children and the land they bring them into. This is women business. If we restore this “natural” right we will bring balance and harmony to our planet and end the war problem very fast.

Any issues that affect the entire community are put into the well. The clans each discuss the issue until there is unity within the entire clan. Then it is passed to the next clan and when all the clans are in agreement, consensus is reached. The goal being unity of mind on each of the issues, with no division.

In this model, the most powerful arm of council is the local government. We all know that when you go in someone’s house the women are in charge. Why should that be any different in the houses of government? Patriarchy is on it’s death bed as it does not follow the natural laws and seeks to place woman on a lower “status” than their men. In the Matriarchal model the most powerful form of government is the local one. The women run the community and keep balance and harmony with everything.

The illusion now is that Local government is under the provincial and federal houses and the least important of the three. That is why we have catastrophic pollution to our environment as the ruling men are only interested in money and power over their women. The land suffers from this egoic mindset and the women are the ones to bring balance to society so we can relearn how to live properly on Mother Earth.

Each person has control over what they think. The scary thing is that most people (80%) get their information from mainstream media. All media, newspaper, radio and TV are owned by the same people. When I hear people talk about Canada as the best place to live because “we are ok compared to other people on the planet.” , when their own existence is built on genocide and they allow their “hidden masters” to get away with the worst crime in history, I am dumbfounded.

Now the same crimes that were brought to bear on the indigenous people are being phased in for the rest of the “corporate citizens” of the colonial states called the U.S. and Canada. The main goal of the ruling elite is depopulation, they want to kill 90% of us and their quest for power is really to decide who lives and who dies. The beginning to an end...

Apocalypse Now

The word apocalypse means revealing. The masks are coming off now for all people to see what is truly going on. The “corporate” colonial states, with their bloodline bankers running the perpetual debt scam on our unborn children. The routine genocide being induced, the truth behind all the wars that we have lived through. We are living in the apocalypse now.

Now we have the first black president in the white house. It reminds me of the movie “Deep Impact” there was a black president (the first one) and he had to keep the truth from the public about an incoming E.L.E. In that movie they never warned the public until hours before their ultimate demise. They had been building underground facilities to house selected survivors for a few years before the extinction level event.

In 2006 NASA erected the south pole telescope because it is the only place on earth that can view anything below the ecliptic plane. I have been monitoring the internet for anything from this station and have only saw a few pictures of the very real E.L.E. approaching our planet now, thanks to a couple of “real” people at S.P.T.

This new empire we are all perceiving as the New World Order, has three city states that pay no tax to any country and are wholly owned by the “money-changer” families. They should be recognized as the empire of the city; with their spiritual capital in the Vatican, their financial capital in the City of London and their military capital in Washington, D.C.

The inauguration of the new emperor was a classic Masonic ritual. Obama’s speech was eerily familiar to the one Hitler made after becoming “der Fuhrer” .
