All we are saying.......

Give Peace a Chance
When the Peacemaker came to show us the way to Peace on Earth he had three things to tell us. The first, and basis for peace, was The Good Message; The knowledge that all living things have a spiritual being and are related as kin. The world we are living in now is testament to this truth, take the climate change crisis, it has shown us that all the air currents and water currents affect everything on the planet.

The second thing was The Power; The way that each mind is able to connect to this collective spirit energy and develop harmony with all living things. With the growth of alternative health practices many people are starting to understand this basic truth. It is the solution to the pollution problem that has killed 30% of the species on the planet and will kill all of us if we don’t wake up.

The third was The Peace; we call this the Kayanerakowa and it is the social order for people to live in peace with one another and all living things. The different governmental systems in the relative modern era: Democracy, Communism, both can trace their roots to the Kayanerakowa. The reason communism failed and why so-called “democracy” will ultimately fail is a term our medicine men described as “Owista” or a dis-attachment to the power of the collective.

When you try and superimpose a hierarchay on top of a true democracy it no longer is a democracy. The way the U.S. has subverted their constitutional democracy is through the economy and their corporations. Now whomever has the most money can buy the biggest war machine and force their way on anyone else. All in the name of money.

Canada is following, as they always have, on the American model of “whomever has the most money wins” to the detriment of all living things. We hear many people talk about finding a new way to co-exist with nature in the interest of our future generations.

I propose that there is an old way that works and it is based on these three principles. The beauty of the different viewpoints in the collective mind is the basis of the power. Through the principles our foreign policy called Gushwenta (Two Row) was how we were able to have 1000’s of years of peace. As soon as you try and place a hierarchy over this you lose the essence of the entire concept.

Every single mind/spirit is important to the whole. We all have felt these unseen spirit forces from the natural world, time to embrace them and collectively move forward for the goal of Peace on Earth.

407 mess

407 Fiasco
How does the Ontario government justify becoming a collection agency for a private corporation? The 407 ETR is owned by a group of offshore billionaires whom have the Ministry of Transportation collect their supposed “legal” receivables before issuing plates or stickers to all drivers. When Mike Harris sold this government funded project for pennies on the dollar to his associates there was a public outcry about the collection procedure. It was stopped for awhile but now the Liberals have implemented the same procedure.

There are many horror stories out there about people having to pay thousands of dollars just to get their plates renewed. All so these rich people in Bermuda, Australia and Spain can exploit the common man in Ontario. We have to wonder what Mr. Harris’s role in this fiasco is now. Is he a director on the Board of Macquerie or just on their payroll? He certainly is not working for the public as he so vehemently claimed when he was Premier and then sold the Highway in the name of his “common-sense revolution”.

When I did drive, I had told the collection agency “Canadian Bonded Credit” that I would never pay to drive on any road that lies on Mohawk land. They said who told you that and what treaty are you referring to? But now the Liberal government has taken over from that inept agency and are making sure these illegal charges are collected, backed by their courts and police. Ask anyone who has had to pay for charges they disagree with, if they feel they have been a victim of extortion.

When will the drivers of Ontario stand up and demand to be treated as citizens of ( I use the Queen of England’s words here) a constitutional democracy. A true democracy is by the people, for the people and of the people. This current practice is more like Mafia tactics.

Welcome to the land of the billionaires, built by the billionaires for the billionaires. We wonder if Mr. Mcguinty will be rewarded by this conglomerate for his collection policy, when he is finished as Premier.

With unity comes strength and with strength comes peace.

The Game

The Creators Game
I bring back an ancient story line about the origins of our national game Tewaraton (lacrosse). It is said that the game was originated by the creator and the original teams were the Four Legs and the Winged Ones. The Captain of the Four Legs was the Bear and the Captain of the Winged Ones was the Eagle.

The squirrel tried to join the Four Legs but the Bear, wolf and deer thought him to be insignificant to their team. They thought him to small and could not see him fitting in with their game plan. The squirrel then went to the Eagle and asked if he could join the Winged Ones because he really wanted to play.

The Eagle said that he had 4 legs and asked why he would not play for the Four Legs. The squirrel told him that he was refused by the Bear as insignificant. The Eagle then grabbed some down off of his wings and fitted it under the arms of the squirrel. Thereby creating the flying squirrel and put him on the Winged Ones team.

As the Game was being contested and getting down to the last minute all tied up, down came the flying squirrel grabbed the ball and made the pass that won the game for the Winged Ones.

The moral lesson in this story is that every mind counts in the big game of life.

Are we living in a police state now?

Police State?
Last April, 1 day after the police raid at the site. I showed up at the barricade with my old friend Randy Rath from CH news. He was the first media guy behind the line and he interviewed Hazel. I wonder if that one made the cut at the editing floor? I never did see it.

When we came back through the media line we were talking to a few reporters and cameramen. I asked why none of them were covering the real story? One pretty reporter asked “what is the real story?” I told her to look behind us at the militaristic police line and said “how did Canada become a police state?” I suggested when they are done with us, all the rest of you next.

We have to remember the words of Vladimir Lenin when he said “you know you have a police state, when your police earn more than your teachers” Right now in Ontario an officer makes almost twice as much as a teacher. Like Lenin or not, this is a topic he knew well, so his words should be heard.

I hear people shrug that off saying things like “they are on the line, it’s a dangerous job” Our Society has to grasp with this reality, and have the people decide if they want to promote learning or controlling. Great Societies in history have always been the ones that promote learning. Leadership by force, has been proven, can not last forever, take the Romans, Huns, French and Nazis. Long lasting leadership can only come from the free will and consent of the people. Then we could get on a road to true peace for all.

I ask the question again. How has Canada become a police state without involving the people whom they represent? Why have none of you reporters started asking this important question?
