Beyond the Illusion…

To be a legal country you have to have undisputed ownership to your land. Canada used the treaties that it signed with the legal landowners, to have the appearance of legality in the international community. They have never honored one of those legal agreements, hence they are not a legal country. They are a corporation. Corporations are owned by the shareholders and Canadians should be demanding the list of the shareholders that are directly responsible for all of the atrocities, including the residential school holocaust.

The corporation signed the convention on the crime and punishment of genocide in 1948. They have a legal, moral responsibility to honour that most important legislation and end the worst crime in history. It is the responsibility of the Canadian people to demand that those responsible be tried for their crimes. If the citizens of Canada do nothing, they are guilty of letting the genocide continue. There is no statute of limitation on this crime.

Most people in Canada are still living under the illusion that they are citizens of a legal country. Through legalese they are actually employees of a corporation. The Crown is a corporation that lists the Queen of England as one of the shareholders. It appears that Dufferin county is the new capital of the shareholders. The OMB is nothing more than a rubber stamp for these “elite”, as I found out at the hearing in Hornings Mills regarding the windmill application of “Canadian Hydro Developers”. I asked the mediator if he followed the constitution of Canada and adhered to International law. If they actually did follow the constitution then they would have included section 35, which they did not. Now many people are waking up to the fact that these people only follow corporate law and rewrite it anytime someone wishes to expose the shareholders liability. The fact that Canada does not have a ratified constitution is the reason they do not honour any of it. When the Queen of England sent a letter to the Women titleholders stating that Canada was a constitutional democracy, she was trying to continue the deception to diminish her own liability for the horrendous crimes committed on her behalf. Did anyone in Canada stand up and take an oath to follow the constitution of Canada?

It is time for the people to declare their independence from the Crown and become a real country. Fascism is nothing more than corporatism and Canada was set-up on July 1, 1867 as the first corporate state. The idea of a corporation is to hide any liability to the shareholders. There is a real awakening taking place in Kanekota, as the real people are starting to see how this country really works. There is a grassroots effort to “stop the quarry” and protect the watershed in Luther Marsh right now. They dovetail in with the windmills as they are all interrelated.

I visited with a Mohawk man in Tyendinaga more than a year ago and he told me “I am glad you are here, I was approached by the masons, the illuminati” He did not know much about freemasonry or it’s “illuminized” 33rd degree, I gave him a quick lesson. They told him that they knew about the return of the second sun and the coming catastrophic earth changes and were buying land in the hills of Kanekota. They stated they had 72 families that were going to survive and they wanted him to join them. Then 3 numbered companies from Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes used the same front man in Grand Valley to start buying farms up here. They purchased over 6000 acres of prime potatoe farms. The local people started to think they would turn this whole area into a quarry to mine limestone. One of my confidential legal sources stated they already have approval from all 3 levels of the corporate government to do what they want and they are not telling anyone what that is. That is how it works for the shareholders of the corporation of Canada. The real objective is to build an underground living facility and survive the coming pole shift, emerge from their underground bases with guns and take over for the next 3600 cycle. The windmills will be their power source and the explosive facility in Grand Valley will be their armory.

I predict that they will have all approvals granted in the upcoming OMB hearing for “Orica” and it’s Luther Marsh explosives facility because that is how corporate law works, for the shareholders. I admire and respect all of the people who are waking to the real agenda. They must start to follow “Law of the Land” instead of the “Maritime Admiralty Law” that is set up in all courts in Canada. Wampum number 2 out of 117 states, “any man or any nation who choose to follow the white roots of peace to their source”, if their minds are clean and they agree to follow the will of the people, are welcome to join the confederacy.

It is time for the people of Canada to follow those roots to us. Together we can end the war problem worldwide and put an end to all evil and greed.

The coming peace...

The key to peace lies within. When every individual remembers this we will have peace on earth. In each of us lies the godseed that is the common denominator of the universe. The trinity should be; Mother earth, Father creator and You as the holy spirit. Our minds are broadcast and receiving stations for thought. Thoughts only come from two sources; old memories or divine inspiration. We should be cleaning our minds of old memories to make way for the divine inspiration, as part of our daily hygiene.

Like emptying the trash in your recycle bin, here is the way we empty the trash in our minds. Take responsibility for everything you are perceiving in your universe. Speak to the god within you and say (1) I am sorry for my thoughts that have helped this to occur (2) please forgive me (3) thank-you (4) I love you.
If you are doing this in a meditative state, you can feel the old memories leaving as soon as you say I love you.

When we heal ourselves like this, we affect the collective subconscious. It is our job as humanity, to eliminate evil. We see the evil all around us but where does it originate? We are all brothers and sisters here. Our youngest brother on earth came here to be healed, with love. Whether he knows it or not, matters not. When we clean our minds individually, we will attain the "good mind" collectively.

The evil cannot exist in the love vibration.

Divide and conquer...

Who's in charge?

The speech writer probably came out of one of the global think tanks like the tri-lateral commission . The globalists are in control in all of the democratic countries of this world. No matter which one of the parties get in, they always advance the agenda of the ruling class. An old adage comes to mind, “none are more hopelessly enslaved than those that believe they are free.”

The financial meltdown is by design as well. It goes back to the Babylonian “divide and conquer” tactic. First they create a problem that will get a reaction from the people and only when the people demand it, they provide the solution for the problem that they created. The solution will always be more centralized power in the hands of a few. In the banksters case they will offer a one-world bank to solve all of the problems that they have purposely created. Probably a world currency through electronic means. Watch the speeches and the timing of this development and you will see the various “democratic” leaders making the same speeches again, probably at the same time. All to advance the agenda of these rulers.

They have been called the Illuminati by many, because they have no official name. They are the same families that played the dialectic on us in 1609, with their bloodline explorer “Champlain”. He was able to break the peace between us and the Huron. That dialectic is still in play as they did divide us and became the rulers of us all. The motto for the 33rd degree of freemasonry is “order out of chaos” exactly what the Hegelian dialectic was designed for.

Kayanerakowa means “the council of the great peace” it is the greatest social contract ever devised for living in peace with one another and the environment, perpetually. We have been the guardians of this formula for peace for 1000s of years now and are still trying to spread the peace to the rest of the world, as we were asked to do by the Peacemaker. Media...

Media failure.

Last night I attended a gathering of media professionals hosted by the Canadian Journalism Foundation, at the U of T’s Robert Gill theatre. The event was billed as “The greatest Canadian Media failure of the century: Reporting on Aboriginal issues” The panel consisted of two Toronto Star reporters and the Toronto aboriginal legal services director. The Moderator was a journalist and a filmmaker.

The crowd was very knowledgeable and brought up some good questions. The writers suggested that they need to be better story tellers and I agree. There seemed to be consensus on the issue of media failure by all the people there. We hope the media will actually start doing their job of accurately informing the public instead of towing the corporate line.

I reminded Peter Edwards (Toronto Star) of the April /06 raid by the OPP on our women and children. I saw him there when I brought the first cameraman behind the lines. When we returned to the line all of the media people were talking with us and I asked “why are none of you covering the real story here?” One of the reporters asked me what was the real story and I pointed at the line of military style police and said “how Canada has become a police state and when they are done with us it‘s the rest of you next, this is the bigger story here”.

The Canadian media is owned by a few corporations, it is not for the people. The reporters were struggling with the issue of the media failure, but for their corporate masters this is a huge success. Canada was registered as a corporation in Washington, D.C. July 1st 1867. Corporatism is the proper word for fascism according to Mussolini. That makes Canada the first fascist state in the modern world. Duncan Campbell Scott wrote the Indian Advancement Act in 1924 which introduced the reserve system and blood quantum legislation. South Africa implemented this legislation but the world called it what it is “apartheid”. Canada still follows this “apartheid” with their Indian Act. We think these are very serious issues that the reporters have been turning a blind eye too. The corporate overlords will never print anything that does not go with the business plan to, as Scott boasted, get rid of the Indian problem in 100 years.

We hope some journalists do write about real issues like the ones I mention above. But in a fascist state the media is nothing more than the ministry of propaganda. This is the real failure of the media in this country . As long as the people avoid law of the land and continue practicing law of the sea, we are all slaves to the corporate elite. It is the true journalists that we are waiting for, the ones that believe in freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of the people.

Ottawa war show...

WARMAKERS TRADE SHOWS PROP UP DISASTER CAPITALISM
WHERE WILL IT END?? WHEN WILL IT END?

If you think a military trade show in Ottawa
doesn't concern you or can't be stopped, maybe
you should think again. While Ottawa's mayor,
"Lyin'" Larry O'Brien is already taunting us
about another one in the spring, there are an
awful lot of these war expos and trade shows
going on all over. It's a feeding frenzy for the
desperate "disaster capitalists" who must justify
their cruel gadgets and invasive toys. They'll
create an emergency if they have to.

This report follows the schedule for L-3
Communcations, just one of the very big military
"control freak" corporations and a CADSI member
whose subsidiaries, L-3 MAS and L-3 WESCAM are
exhibitors at the "Secure Canada 2008" military
trade show set for September 30 and October 1 in Ottawa.

Those on the military trade show circuit live a
luxurious and breathtaking lifestyle not unlike
that of celebrities and movie stars. It sure aint
the pow wow highway. The war gangsters have piles
of money to spend on their hedonistic pastimes
and toys. Let's pick up the trail and follow L-3
Communications as they flog their tools of repression.

L-3 Communications, US owned with its Canadian
base in Ottawa, has 8 Canadian divisions who work
in ISR (intelligence, surveillance,
reconnaisance)products, "navigation, sensors,
scanners, fuzes, data links, propulsion systems
simulators, avionics, electro optics, satellite
communications, electrical power equipment,
encryption, intelligence systems, antennas and
microwave components." They make, repair,
operate and upgrade various equipment such as the
Hornet fighter and Hercules military transport
planes. (discussed in previous report, "Stop Armageddon")

Starting Sunday, August 24, L-3Com will be at the
"Canadian Association Chiefs of Police"
Convention in Montreal until Wednesday. They'll
ignore or justify the brazen police brutality in
that city where an 18-year-old youth was recently
murdered by police. They'll do their best to
sell their junk to the various police gangs who
are loading up on all sorts of so-called "non
lethal weapons", robots, UAV's (unmanned aerial
vehicles) and surveillance equipment.

The L-3COM exhibitors fly off to the "Monterey
Homeland Security Conference" in Monterey,
California for Monday until Friday, August
29. They are also in Australia and Virginia for
other trade shows this week. That's four
different warmaking shows for one week. How many
guys do you figure will be at each show and at
what cost, travel, hotels, restaurants,
etc.?? You know these punks are big on corporate
welfare and tax credits. They'll write it all off!

From August 31 to September 2, they are at the
"Homeland Security Asia" show in Bangkok,
Thailand. September 3 to 5, they'll be at 2
Canadian shows, one in Calgary, the "AEA
(Aircraft Electronics Association) Canada" and
the "Defsec Atlantic" in Halifax with an overlap
in Reno, Nevada from Sep 4 to 7 for the
"Tailhook" show. AEA is an international
umbrella group for over 1,000 companies in all
aspects of avionics and electronics. L-3Com
Avionics Director Shelley "Leather and Lace"
Buckley will fly in from Wisconsin.

Then from Sep9 to 12, they'll be in San Diego and
Los Angeles, California as well as Savannah
Georgia and Langley AFB in Virginia for "Space
2008" and more entertainment to them, promoting terror and mongering fear.

The tireless L-3 Com guys are off to the
"Inter-Airport India" show from Sep. 11 to 15
in New Delhi India. Then they are in Washington
DC from the 14th to 17th and back in Savannah
Georgia, 15th to 19th. Also in Atlanta, Georgia at the same time.

Then it's Bucharest, Romania for the BSDA (Black
Sea Defense and Aerospace) Conference and Show
from the 17th to 19th. They don't care how much
jet fuel they burn. Or how insensitive they are
to the critical situation right now in the
Caucasus. Don't these clowns understand that the
toys they make are used to hurt and kill people?

Romania, Ukraine and Georgia are on the Black
Sea. Rumours abound that both Russia and the
US/NATO have warships there. Thousands of people
have just died in South Ossetia as a result of
NATO's attack and Russia's response. Romania's
sellout government has agreed to allow 4 US
military bases in Romania. Like the "Secure
Canada" show in Ottawa, the Bucharest show is run
by the US Embassy and endorsed by US Secretary of
Commerce, Carlos "Counting Money that Isn't His" Gutierrez.

The US Departments of Commerce, State and
Homeland Security are all involved in NAU (North
American Union)and the Security and Prosperity Partnership.

The L-3Com guys will rub shoulders with all their
buddies at the "Fleet Maintenance Symposium",
Sep. 18-19 in Virginia Beach. Then they'll be
in Gaithersburg, Maryland for the 19th and back
and forth between Virginia and Maryland until
they go to Boston for the 21st while staying in
Richmond, Virginia for the in crowds conference
and show there. That'll be one booze fest for
the aging aerospace workers. It appears that
young people are not attracted to this line of
work in spite of all the enticements, perks and
high wages. There is a certain wisdom in our youth.

Then it's off to Brussels, Belgium for a few days
while they are also at a mine expo in Las
Vegas. How handy for the night life and a chance
to blow some money in the casinos!!! Will Peter
"CanadianCheddar" Gartenburg be there from Ottawa
or Paul "BeanCounter" Jennison or Rick "Grumpy
Gramps Won't Share his Video War Games" Ackerman from Toronto?

Will Michael "BigCheese" Strianese himself be in
Hamburg, Germany Sep. 23 til 26, for the
"Shipbuilding, Machinery & Maritime - Technology
International Trade Fair"? Keep in mind we are
still talking about the busy show schedule of just one company.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, there's another AEA
confab in Kansas City, Missouri and the
"International Water Rescue" in Fairfax, Virginia
until the 27th. They'll be fighting over who
gets to go to the Monaco Yacht Show for the very
same days, in Monaco, of course. Anyone for a
trade show in Madrid, Spain for the 24th and 25th?

Then it's back to Oklahoma City for a long one,
"NEMA 2008" until October 2. This event is not
listed on NEMA's (National Emergency Management
Association) web site. Their Annual Conference
is in September in Portland, Oregon. Imagine the
techno jetsetter L-3Com guys going to the wrong city? Sh, don't tell them...

For those L-3Com execs so inclined, it's off to
not-so-jolly old England, for the "Courier &
Parcel Logistics" show on Sep. 30 til October 02
in London. They'll probably have fun blowing
things up at that one! At the same time, it's
the "Modern Day Marine" show at the Marines base
in Quantico, Virginia where they run the Marine
Warfighting Laboratory. The Marines are the
tough guys who, among other things, oversee the
entire NonLethal Weapons program which includes
many deadly devices that can be used on
protesters and others with an "adversarial
mindset" by both military and law enforcement agents.

In case you didn't notice, that brings us to the
"Secure Canada 2008" show in Ottawa, Sep 30 and
October 1. L-3COM plan to be there. It appears
that trade shows is all some of them do or maybe
they get to take turns. "I wanna go to the one in Monaco!" "Shutup...."

For October, it's off to a trade show in Taiwan
and an air show in Japan and a few more around
the US, including the "COPS West 2008" in
Ontario, California. We didn't even hear about
this one in Ottawa, "US Embassy Defense &
Security" October 06-07. After that, it's
Portugal, Greece and the Czech Republic as well
as another trip to Japan and several around the
US including Detroit, San Antonio, and
NYC. They'll be in Reno for the 19th and Florida
for the 20th at a show for the c-130's and in
Australia again for the "Land Warfare Conference 2008".

Aren't you getting tired of all these
shows? These guys never quit. Maybe they are
robots themselves, who knows. They've got the
"EuMW (European Microwave)" from October 26-31 in
Amsterdam, Netherlands, another place with a handy hedonistic culture.

Here's what the EuMW organizers say about it,
"... the latest trends and developments that are
widening the field of application of microwaves.
Microwave devices, systems for telecommunications
(both terrestrial and space borne),
transportation, medical, radar and NEW FIELDS OF
APPLICATION..." Do they mean microwave weapons
that are becoming popular for crowd control but still need some development?

The "C-130 Hercules Operators Conference" is in
Atlanta, Georgia. Apparently these jumbo jets are
really taking a beating landing on short, rough
runways in Afghanistan. L-3COM representatives
will also take in the "Euronaval 2008" in Paris
France til the end of the month. There are still
7 more shows planned in the US for October.

It's not over til it's over and November sees
them still going to war trade shows. Some of the
guys have to go to a show in Washington, DC while
some fly off to Hawaii for "TechNet Asia PAC" and
others to Sydney Australia where it's spring in
November. Some will be in Ottawa again from
November 04-07 for the UVS (Unmanned Vehicle
Systems)Canada show. Enough is enough, we say.

They have two in England and three more in the US
before the "International Association of Chiefs
of Police 2008" from November 08 til 12 in San
Diego, California. At the same time, they'll be
in China and in Australia for the "Asia-Pacific
Defense & Security" and in Seoul, Korea and
Cadiz, Spain for other shows. Talk about
"disaster capitalism", these guys have run amok
like drug dealers in a room full of hungry addicts. What is going on?

There are several more shows in the US including
another one in Honolulu. There's a show in
Turkey from November 16 to 18 and shows in Qatar,
India and the "IDEAS-Int'l Defense Exhibit" in
Pakistan. India and Pakistan are both buying
lots of warmaking wares as the war in Afghanistan
is tending to spill over its borders with
Pakistan, making everyone feel they must arm themselves to the teeth.

The show schedule appears to be winding down for
December with only four shows listed, one in
Orlando Florida (handy for Disney World), one in
Chile, one in UK and one in the UAE.

These trade shows in themselves are a form of
psychological warfare. Don't let it overwhelm
you. There's still time for Ottawa councillors
to cancel SecCan but they need encouragement from
the people. Let them know your concerns.

Stopping just one show is a small step that will
boost morale and inspire others to try in their
own communities. If the show goes on, protesters
will make their voices heard but much more needs
to be done. Remember, cyberspace is a battlefield too. Be creative.

Indigenous people are prime targets right now for
all the tools of repression because we own the
resources needed to build and run the war
machinery. Canada is a corporation that does not
have legal title to the land. Our communities
are under siege by greedy developers. Our
grandmothers and our youth especially are
harassed constantly at the borders that run
through our communities. Haudenosaunee territory
aka St. Lawrence/Great Lakes, has been chosen as
the new headquarters for Fortress America. The
colonialist perpetrators intend to close the
gates by 2010. The clock is ticking. Free your
mind of fear and confusion - there are ways to stop this madness!

Apology...

Canada’s apology

Yesterday truly was historical. To watch all of the party leaders show their remorse while they apologized for the genocide we have been dealing with for generations. All of the leaders stated that there is a need for reconciliation and a desire for a new beginning. The first step in the healing is admittance of the wrong.

In the United Nations 1021 “Convention on the prevention and punishment of the crime of genocide article 1. Says “ the contracting parties confirm that genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war, is a crime under international law which they undertake to prevent and to punish” Canada was a signatory to this convention in 1948. The first step of admittance has now been undertaken by the guilty party. Article 2 says “ genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: (a)killing members of the group (b) causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group (c) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about it’s physical destruction in whole or in part (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births in the group (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group. Canada has admitted to all of the descriptions of genocide in their apology yesterday.

Article 4. Says “persons committing genocide or any of the other acts enumerated in article 3, shall be punished , whether they are constitutionally responsible rulers, public officials or private individuals.
The political parties represent the puppet government of Canada as the real rulers have always remained behind the curtain. The secret government of Canada is the old colonial families who still rule this country through the economy , the fiat currency they control, and the senate. The senators owe their appointments to this old rotting institution.

As UN 1021 states in it’s title “prevention and punishment” It was very emotional to watch the spectacle at parliament hill, much of the public heard the truth of residential schools for the first time yesterday. The real perpetrators of the continuing genocide are still behind the curtain pulling the strings. They are the guilty and Canada needs to decolonize now and try these families for the greatest crime ever perpetrated on this soil. These families also control the UN so it is up to the people of Canada to follow the rule of law and start the healing process. The corporate state that Canada has been since it’s inception is the cause of the genocide. The corporate state of Germany was tried at Nuremburg for this same crime, so there is already precedent.

The policy of assimilation continues in the police state of Canada through the illegal persecution of our men and women through the court system imposed upon us. Now the world will watch to see what Canada does after admitting the genocidal policies that created it’s wealth and power hierarchy.

The senate should be turned into the council of women, the commons into the council of men as laid out in the kayanerakowa, the true law of this land. Because Canada has duped it’s citizens into believing they are free, by being a citizen of the corporate state, maritime admiralty law, or law of the sea applies to them. Your status goes from freedom to bondage and you can be fined or imprisoned at the whim of the state for any length. This is just another way to avoid applying the law of the land. Horrendous crimes against humanity can and will be inflicted upon anyone who goes against the corporation.

Are we really free?

Freedom

Here in Canada the people believe they are living in a free and democratic society because they are able to vote for their representatives to represent them, in the houses of parliament. We are all born free and have inalienable rights as natural persons that is true, until we sign documents to work for a corporation or apply for government issued identification.

When your first and last name is capitalized “John Doe” it falls under the legal definition of Capitus Diminutio Minima this occurs when a man’s family relations alone were changed with a minimal loss of rights. When your last name is capitalized “John DOE” it falls under the legal definition Capitus Diminutio Media where you lose your rights of citizenship but not rights to liberty and you can be fined or penalized but not imprisoned. When your first and last name are capitalized “JOHN DOE” it falls under the legal definition Capitus Diminutio Maxima where all rights of family and citizenship are surrendered and you can be fined, penalized and imprisoned for any duration at the whim of the state.

There are two types of law, Civil law and Maritime Admiralty law. When you look at any of your government ID, drivers license, S.I.N., Health card, etc. You will see all capitals. This means you wave your rights as a natural person and are agreeing to represent the artificial person that the corporation (Canada) has created.

When a subpoena or summons comes to you it will be in CAPITAL letters because then you can be dealt with by banks and corporations. Capital letters represent a corporation so if you do not agree that you are representing this corporation you do not have to attend any court. Courts are a British commercial venture and unless you wilfully agree to attend and represent the artificial person you do not have to participate.

Canada was formed as a corporation in 1867 and has it’s corporate number registered in Washington D.C. This means that it’s system is corporatism or more accurately “fascism”.

We can see the police state that has been implemented all around us. Some of us remember the TV show “Hogan’s Heroes” where the “fascists” used to have checkpoints on the roads and demand to “see your papers” This same program was implemented here in 1978 with the Reduced Impaired Driving in Etobicoke as a test for the system that is now everywhere, at the state’s whim.

When 1000’s of heavily armed goons invaded sovereign territory of the Haudenosaunee in April of 2006 at Caledonia it should have been a wake up call, as it foreshadows what is coming for the rest of Canada.

We the “real” people have to wake up before they apply the death camps again, this time not just for the “Indians” but for all of us.

Enough is enough!

We all remember the "police provacateur" incident at the SPP meeting at Montebello. It showed clearly how the police act as the worst criminals out there. That was the SQ and now we see the same earmarks of a staged provocation at Tyendinaga by the OPP. On Monday we received information that the developers were going to Deseronto to restart their illegal development on Mohawk land. About 20 Rotiskenrekete showed up to stop the illegality and no developer or builders showed, but there was 250 heavily armed SWAT team cops and a train of ambulances. The setup. Were they going to start killing us enmasse?

Our men retreated to the quarry and the police trained their paramilitary force on them and are still there now. They have all the modern military training and implements to commit murder against anyone who stands up to the virtual senate. The true rulers of the corporation called Canada.

Historically, the ruling elite have been trying to kill the Mohawks since their arrival here. They definitely do not want their "citizens" to hear about freedom, democracy, human rights for all. That would mean their control of the people would diminish. This is another in a long line of outright thuggery committed by the police and military against the indigenous peoples of turtle island. When will the real police of Canada take notice and realize that it is the higher ups in their police departments that are the committing heinous crimes and fabricating charges on innocent people to cover their illegalities. We are sure there are still some true officers of the law out there, we all look forward to the day they start arresting the true criminals and the true terrorists. We have all heard of the 100 monkey syndrome.

People of Canada please send emails to your representatives in parliament to show your concern about the state of the police, or the police state that we are all living in now. We do not want any more of our men to be murdered by these thugs. They are not operating on any legal basis rather they are like the street gangs and mafia, that they pretend they are fighting. Canada has no constitution and they have broken all the treaties that make them a legal country. You can become a part of the oldest participatory democracy and the first united nations on earth. Real "rule of law"

Mr. Barrett again speaks of "rule of law" although he is the least qualified member to do so, as his past rants attest. He again puts out a detail of his view on "Rule of Law" and how it affects the Conservative party view. I will respond to the points he highlights;

The lawlessness we’ve seen in Caledonia is not the only example but it’s the worst one of a growing trend of disrespect for the law. Here are some of the other examples:

Developers on the Grand River have been hit with “development fees” which are essentially extortion. No one does anything about it while these law abiding businesspeople are harassed and ripped off;

The illegal cigarette industry is booming. Other than the media, no one says a word while the law is broken and taxpayers are ripped off for billions, probably by organized crime;

Other occupations and blockades crop up regularly as people decide we should resolve disputes just the way it’s being done in Caledonia;

There was a mixed martial arts championship card on Six Nations territory last weekend, despite the fact it is illegal in Ontario;

Serious charges are dropped due to incompetence or worse in the Attorney General’s department and chaos in the court system. But after a couple of days of investigating himself and his own department, the Attorney General says we don’t need an independent investigation;

Thousands of provincial offence charges are dropped across the province due to a shortage of JPs and closed courtrooms.

1. Developers are the real criminals and obviously not "law abiding citizens" They are complicit in Genocide as UN 1514 attests.

2. The only one who is illegal in the Tobacco industry is the Government. Tobacco is native to North America and is our most important medicine. The government is charging the people $10 a pack, follow the money and you can see clearly who the organized criminals are.

3. The other occupations will continue to crop up until the Corpo-gov starts following the "real" law, instead of the pretend law allowing their deception of the people to continue.

4. Nothing that goes on in Six Nations is any of Ontario's business. No matter how many Military style police you send in to taser our women and children, might still does not make right.

5. "Serious charges", like complicity in Genocide maybe. Or theft, fraud and murder? How serious are these laws the government has been breaking for way to long, Toby?

6. Maybe you have way to many "man-made" laws Toby. You will have your whole system of mind control come caving in on itself when it is illegal, no matter how much grandstanding and propaganda you promote.



The only statement Toby made that we hope is true "use every means at our disposal to try to get this government to end the lawlessness." Do you mean finally respecting the law that makes Canada a legal entity? Since we are not Canadian and you are living on our land, we agree that the one law that is legal is the law of the land, as the Queen of Canada stated in her coronation oath.

The disease of colonialism is only alive in 4 countries, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Funny how we heard those countries grouped together in a UN press release not so long ago. We are all one with creation. When the people understand this basic truth, they will realize the power available to us all through the collective mind. Then the people will demand the Peace, that we have been the guardians of for 1000's of years.

Mr. Tory and Mr. Barrett show the true colour of the Conservative platform, it is Tory Blue or Blueblood. The offshoots of the 13 families that have been committing heinous crimes since they got here. In the name of their own version of "rule of law"

Have you disclosed your Freemason ties to your constituents yet, Toby? Because the symbolism in your words tells us where your true loyalty lies. The real people are inherently and historically opposed to secret oaths, secret meetings and secret societies, as President Kennedy attested in 1962.

When was "Rule of Law" rewritten?

Mr. Barrett shows his total ignorance of the law with his latest blurb. I attach UN 1514 as he has obviously not read it, maybe he finally will before he talks about rule of law again. What war did we lose that gave this land to Britain? When did Britain/Canada ever get our consent, to “legally” become a part of their system of mind control? They always pretend to respect the treaties they have signed, so as not to have them become null and void. The fact is that in 1924 Canada invented apartheid with their “Indian Advancement Act” authored by the architect of genocide Duncan Campbell Scott. They pretended to depose our traditional government and replace it with their puppet system. They did this at gunpoint in our longhouses. Is that legal Toby? Is that following the rule of law?

Toby should also read UN 1021 on the crime and punishment of genocide. The good news is that the people of Haldimand county do have a right to use their own minds and decide for themselves if they would like to be a part of the illegalities Mr. Barrett talks about. Or they can follow the great white roots of peace to their source and sit with us in the shade of the Peace tree. They could start reshaping Canada into a true democracy, based on the model of peace that we have been guarding. They could stop this rush to make it an absolute police state. They could take back their responsibility to use their minds properly instead of following like sheep.

Gushwenta or Two Row, is the legal treaty between us and the settlers in all of Ontario. It is the “foreign policy” for peace on earth. If the governments of Ontario and Canada do not want to follow the rule of law, the people can opt out of their system and follow the legal path. If they do allow their governments to continue on this reckless path, then they are complicit in genocide.

The people are starting to wake up to this illegal colonial system and they are tired of it. It is a top down hierarchy with 13 families running everything. Their “rule of law” is whoever has the most money wins. They are the same people who make the money, so they always win when you play their game. The yuppies reading this who think you are immune to all of this better open your minds, as your grandchildren will become slaves playing this game.

Restore police patrol, response and enforcement as well as justice, order and the rule of law, including court injunctions, throughout Haldimand County regardless of one’s race or geographical location.
2. Cease all land dispute negotiations and related actions until extortion, and illegal occupations and protests are terminated.
3. Budget and publicly set timelines and deadlines to continue to resolve legitimate land disputes expeditiously within a climate of openness, mutual respect, and justice for all affected.
4. Compensate individuals, businesses and the municipality for loss, insecurity, economic decline, and any other collateral damage stemming from provincial and federal decisions and policy, or lack thereof, that have eroded peace, order and good government in Haldimand County and beyond.

Colonial Dementia

Canada signed U.N. res. 1514 on December 14, 1960, that was the declaration for all members to end the disease of colonialism. The whole structure of the Canadian political system is colonial. The senate still holds half the power of lawmaking in Canada . Mr. Harper says he will force them to accept his new policing laws that are a part of his new world order agenda, dictated to him from his bosses in Washington. Canada is already a police state, as anyone here on the ground can attest. What reason does Mr. Harper have for advancing the police powers? Has he asked the Canadian people what they think?

It comes right back to the 9/11 hoax that Harper’s real bosses instigated to advance their goal of making us all slaves. The Harper government acts like they are in a dictatorial role, even though they are a minority government, in the colonial system that is supposed to be gone.

The mind control technologies that most western governments have adopted, is for making the people stop thinking for themselves and act like a herd being led to slaughter. The real Canadian people are waking up to this reality. When the next election happens they will put Mr. Harper back where he belongs, in the cage where he wants to put them.

There is hope for Canada to become a beacon of truth and justice. The rest of the world is looking and hoping that Canadians will arise from their slumber. They will wake up the “real” American people and stop this madness. Then the world will know peace.

Afghanistan

How many more children will have to die in Afghanistan before the Canadian people stop their involvement? These civilian casualties are reported by main stream media as footnotes to the “successes” of the “mission”. The war on terror was started as a result of the 911 attacks on the WTC, pentagon and Shanksville. Canada immediately deployed it’s military aid to fight the terrorists that were responsible. But who really was responsible? The Japanese parliament has recently raised these questions in their public democratic format. At last, some politicians who really do want to get the real terrorists behind the murders committed in New York.

They raised the questions any police organization should, when investigating a horrendous crime. Like where is the wreckage of the plane that hit the pentagon or that apparently crashed in a field in Shanksville. What about the molten metal found weeks later under the rubble? What about the eyewitness testimonies of the firemen in the towers reporting they heard multiple explosions, like a controlled demolition? What about building 7?

No doubt it was truly terrorists that committed these heinous acts but we should be fighting the real terrorists, no? Instead Canada has sent their men to commit murder and mayhem in Afghanistan. If you were a regular person in Afghanistan you would think the terrorists are the people killing your families and friends everyday. The people there had nothing to do with the 911 attacks in New York yet they have lost thousands if not millions of their young ones to the “coalition of the willing” as bonesman Bush called it.

On the anniversary of 911 this year, the Japanese sent their delegation to Afghanistan, the real victims of the terrorist act in New York. We think the Canadian people deserve a proper investigation of the cause of 911, by their government. The most downloaded film on the internet is Loose Change, surely some of the Canadian politicians have seen it. It should be shown right in the house of commons, as it was in Japan.

Canada has been “illegally” in Afghanistan for almost as long as they were in WW2. The current “regime” in the U.S. does never want to end this illegal occupation. This has worked out real well for them and their military industrial complex of which they count Canada as a vital part.

The main problem Canada should be thinking about is how do they save their reputation on the world stage. If Canada were to be an integral part of stopping the New World Order agenda, it would crush the SPP now, rooting out the evil that exists and will persist. They might be able to save face with the rest of the world.

911 was an inside job, for sure. Bring home the troops Canada, you’ve been fooled from the beginning. The people are waking to the truth. If you want the truth then seek it and it will set you free. No more innocent children and women need to die in Afghanistan.

Climate change

Scientists have known about orbital perturbations on the outer planets for some time now. They are starting to assume an unknown stellar size mass is near enough to this solar system to cause a directional orbital tug. This is what is heating our sun and all the other planets in this system. It is the root cause of climate change for sure. The politicians and media have been trying to convince us that we are solely to blame for this heating period.

Now they are starting to push for a global tax on carbon emission. Could this actually be to finance the one world government the ruling elite have sought for centuries? When the politicians state their position on carbon policy we can see where their true loyalties lie. I suggest to the people that this is the biggest scam being played on us. Look at the scientific and historical facts on this phenomenon and make up your own mind. Do not vote for anyone who promotes this carbon tax, as they are showing you their allegiance to the “new world order” agenda.

When man first came to earth it was from the skyworld, our sister sun. This second sun is now on its way back to our solar system. The last time this happened Dekanawidah appeared here and taught us about Peace on Earth. Global warming should be the least of our worries, when we grasp these truths.

The underground bases that the U.S. government have been building throughout their States are being built so the elite can survive this passing and come out of it with their powers intact. We should all be preparing for this event, not just the rich and privileged. Be prepared to grow your own food as this will be the greatest problem, food.

Your world is changing fast and the media will not talk about any of this until everyone sees the second sun coming in mid 2009. There will be a new spin put out then, but we all will know how they have been playing us as fools, all along.

Dekanawidah told us of this event and his return, this signals the return of the peace. Our younger brothers cannot impose their zeitgeist on us any longer. The paradigm shift will happen, hopefully before the pole shift.

Peace Council

Kayanerakowa or “Council of the great peace” is 117 rules to allow the people to live in perpetual harmony with each other and the natural world. We were given this formula to pass to the people of the world and end all war. That is why we call our men Rotiskenrakete or “one who carries the burden of peace”

We can agree that all the species are interconnected as one earth family. When we grasp this truth and open our minds to it, then we will know the power available to us all, through the natural law of the universe. Non-verbal communication between each other, the animals, birds and plants is just the beginning. Travel through time and space with thought, is the potential. The awakening of the people’s mind is happening now on a planetary level, as the time for peace on earth is approaching fast.

The ruling elite do not and have never wanted peace. They control the military/industrial complex through the financial system, war equals profit and power for them. This artificial world we are living in now is by design, to cut us off from the natural world where we draw our strength. The ruling elite came here and first attacked the forests, cutting them completely down at least 3 times now. Then came the genocide of the buffalo, 65 million of them murdered in a few short years. Then the poisoning of the waters and air through chemical pollution. On the Georgia guidestones they have carved their ultimate goal of depopulation of 80% of the people. We should know how serious they are as our population shrank from 130 million to around 30 million in the first 300 years. We think they have accelerated their agenda for the rest of the people of the world and they will use their guns, germs and steel more swiftly on you. The ones who promote war and genocide, all trace their blood to thirteen families.

Through their hierarchal control system they can control every aspect of democracy with money. Is this democratic? We think not. We have been guarding the formula for peace for 1000’s of years now, our responsibility is to spread the peace to the world.
